Had the same experience with th same cashier with the black hair and glasses named Elsa. Never smiles and never wants to greet you. It's like she's being forced to work here! We always try to avoid her as our cashier but most of the time there's only one cashier so we have to go to her.

In the time I have been visiting the store, what always makes me come back to this place is that it makes us connect with our Latin roots, it is fantastic to be able to dialogue with our people. Fabulous employees, helpful, a great team, I am not one to give my opinions in this way but I want to point out the great work of the cashiers of this place and especially that of Elsita, she is one of those who has been in this place the longest and always her treatment like that of the others with whom I have had to pay is of excellence. Why the cashiers never happy they look like they don't want to work .especially a lady with long black hair and glasses her name is Elsa Hernandez no smile or nothing .she look miserable. REASONS I HARDLY GO THERE AND ALWAYS ONE CASHIER OPEN ALL THE TIME YALL NEED TO DO BETTER

The cookers who work at the taqueria section, in the shift of the afternoon, are very rude specifically the black female from Dominican Republic and also the old lady from Venezuela, both of them have no good manners at all, they doesn't provide good customer service, they also unpolite and even disrespectful.
