Was honestly the best pair of shoes I’ve purchased…Ms.Mickie has given me the best shoe experience I’ve ever had in my life and this is coming from a true shoe connoisseur!!!! From her warm greeting to showing me the technology side of finding me the perfect fit for me! It was pure joy and I definitely appreciate it so if you ever in need for a good pair of work boots…please go find Ms.Mickie and I promise you will not regret it! By the way she even molded my personal insoles to the new shoe for free!!!!

The sales associate having her “boyfriend” at work with her was very rude. When a customer comes in and has the shoes to show you what they want replaced the attitude is not appreciated with a response of “what the shoelaces?” You have one job it’s to be a sales associate and assist customers yes, even on a boring Sunday. Sorry we interrupted you. Hopefully the associates in Spring can do their job.

I was shopping for new boots and happened to be assisted by Antonio. He was one of the most helpful and well informed employees I've encountered while boot shopping. He was able to answer all my questions and made the process as easy as possible. I will be returning to the store as long as Antonio is employed, that is how much of an impact he made on my experience. I could not have asked for a more positive experience.

Visited 2/28/25 to get new boots. After working for a month in them, I began having issues with my feet. I spoke with the staff and they said they had a 30 day policy but I just missed it. I was directed to the customer service number and they were able to help me out. So I returned 4/4/25 to exchange the boots for a more comfortable fit that felt great immediately. It was like night and day. Antonio did a great job assisting me and I couldn't be more grateful for the customer service I received. Thank you all.

Try telling the girl in here what was going on with my boots. Get the same crap other people get. She said my liners that are pulling up because of the socks I wear that they are poor quality. The problem is I wear the socks I bought from there, so I guess she was saying the socks they sell are poor quality. And I use a shoe horn to help get my trapped feet out. Then she said my boots were old. The problem is they are less than a year old. She said yup less than a year is now an old boot. I said what. Then she started going off on me about how all I wanted to do was argue. But I wanted to buy boots, hmmm. I walked out while she was still ranting, and I said I dont want to listen to your nonsense anymore. Horrible customer service from supposedly the best work boots ever. Ps. I have maxbond boots.

I visited the Redwing store recently and Antonio and Reignie were very helpful. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.
