I told him I didn’t like the color and still continued doing it. When I asked him again he started getting upset that he even cut one of my fingers without apologizing. Since he saw I was getting upset he told me he could try to fix them with gel on top but nails looked bulky and ugly.
Usually my place to go to but honestly after this I’m not longer a client. He is never on time and it’s rude to the people.

Love this place. I had previously asked someone else to do a nail job for me and had a bad experience but then I came to Regal Nails and had the problem fixed and got my nails done the way I wanted them. I’m loving them

I got my nails done on Friday Dec 15, 2023 by Queen. I traveled for Christmas to see my family. Exactly 2 days later my nails started popping off literally. I refused to go to a family function on Christmas Eve I was so embarrassed missing several nails. My son went and bought me a pack of press on nails. I spent $100.00 I am so pissed money down the drain.

Got nails done in Katy Texas Regal Nails. I ask to remove nails and do gel on my nails. So nails were awful 2 weeks later. She had left some of the fake nails on.abd geled over it. SMH

The polish started chipping the next day, my feet weren’t cleaned or shaped properly and the nail polish started turning a brownish color … I was headed out of the country so there was nothing I could do about it.

I sincerely love this place . Yes you don't get a glass of champagne but Kim and Lana always get me right plus it's more affordable than most places . I just rather have great service and leave a generous tip
