I had the worst experience at regions at 25010 farm to market 1093. Katy, TX 77494. One of their ATM took away my debit card when I attempted to deposit money and on top of this they never gave me the full credit for the deposit. I got a message that the deposit was done but i had to cancel my debit card cause the ATM never gave it back. I called in yesterday and they said that i can come n get another card. I went in this morning, i was surprised to find out that the money i deposit all the sudden disappeared and they hitting me with overdraft fees. I showed them the message so they can see that confirm the deposit in the ATM. All they can say is that it will take 5-7 business days ti give me back my money. But when it comes to overdraft fees they are in a hurry to assess it Un professional. My recommendation make sure never to use their ATM. And always get a receipt of ur transactions. 5-7 business to get my own money back that their own system shows it was deposited and them taken away. One star is far more than they should get

I got to the bank and an employee said they are closed at 10:00AM. Don't know if they wanna watch the Biden inaugural ceremony.

This bank and staff are fantastic. My banking needs are VERY unique. This branch of Regions is always friendly, personal, and accommodating for the requests I have. I have never felt like I was unwelcome. I have always been greeted by every single person in this branch, and really, you just don’t see that at many banks. Most of my banking needs are fulfilled by Eduardo, who has always helped me with a smile on his face. But I must say, every conversation I have had, and every interaction I have had with every single person in this branch has been pleasant. I highly recommend checking them out.
