Reading these comments it's very clear that some are paid reviews while the REAL reviews are about how horrible this place is. How do i know you ask? I have been in there and can agree with EVERYONE who is saying their prices are ridiculously unnecessary for cheap-looking, dirty and scuffed furniture.

Oh.... how I wish I was rich. But I am not. So I come here and dream about a couch you can slink into that's so wide you have to crawl out of it. Some of the stuff is really niceSome is mehhhh... but the sofas. Going to start ubering and saving my money... maybe after two or three years of 20 hours extra a week working side gigs... I will be able to buy this couch. My spouse probably would kill me for wasting 6k. So..... maybe not.

Everything is about half off retail price. Most fabric furniture was extremely dirty. So if you were up for some cleaning, you can find a deal.

I have never, in my entire time of shopping for furniture, seen a more expensive outlet as this place. If you a regular individual with less than $10,000 in your savings, please go somewhere else to look for furniture. I saw couches for $11,000, I saw one for $15,940, I'm like "Are you kidding me?". I literally had to ask the lady if the $15,940 I was seeing was the real price. She said yes, I made sure I took a video so people will know I'm speaking the truth. They were all astronomical in prices, I just took my regular self out that place, I don't think I'm rich enough to even walk around ?.

The only benefit of this place is furniture is readily available for pickup. It’s not really discounted, the prices are very similar to buying brand new.

This store, in Katy Mills, is nothing like the regular stores. We went looking for a dresser and nightstand for our master bedroom. The furniture selection was limited and I was surprised how high the prices were for an outlet. There was not much service; no sales person acknowledged us. We looked at the selection, saw nothing of real interest and left. Don't plan to go there again.

Furniture here cost a pretty penny. But there are also some great finds if you are patient.

It is overpriced. The quality of furniture is definitely not worth the price tag

I had such an outstanding experience with an employee at RH Katy Mill that deserves recognition. RH mistakenly left a chair out of a delivery to my home on upper Kirby. I spoke with Tara and she said she commutes to my neighborhood every day and offered to deliver the chair herself. She did so even after having to work late and saved me the drive and hassle of driving all the way to Katy Mills. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you Tara!!!

Wow! I am very impressed with the staff at the RH outlet They will take your name and call you when an item you are interested in arrives. Liz has gone above and beyond what I would expect and even texted me picutres when o was out of town my the dresser I've been shopping for arrived.
