Very unprofessional service I called and asked if they had my tire size they said yes and when I got there said they didn’t have it in stock and my tire was so worn out that I ended up buying 4 new tires of a different size because I couldn’t drive on the tire any longer. Later that week as I was driving all of a sudden all my abs, traction control and tire pressure lights came on and I checked the sensor and sure enough it wasn’t even clipped on never had that issue before these guys changed my tires. Thanks for nothing!

This place was so professional and helpful! The owner (cannot remember her name) was informative and helped with an issue I had. She also saved me a lot of money by fixing my tire, whereas another tire location in Katy was trying to make me purchase a brand new tire. If I could give Roadway Wheels and Tires 6 stars, I would. Thank you so much!

LOVE THIS PLACE! They totally saved us, we were headed home from FL and had a blow out with one tire and the other looked like it was not going to last long. Called Roadway and they were open on a Sunday and had the specialty tires our truck took in stock. The quoted price they provided over the phone is what was paid (plus Tax, of course). The team was professional and got us in right away, so we could get back on the road and home safe. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

I was in need of tires for my K2500 and by a bit of luck I found this place..so I took a chance..it's a bit of a drive but....well worth the travel..the owner is a very bubbly warm sweetheart of a woman...gave me a price I could not refuse on a set of 10 ply tires...go ahead and give them a try...NO DISAPPOINTMENTS !!! thank you for your service and I will be back!!

I am so thankful for Roadway! They were able to get me back on the road quickly after having a blowout today! They are open late and Sunday’s, which is convenient. Juby, the owner was so helpful and overall the experience was quick and affordable!

Be carefulI called they told me $50 then it took me 5 minutes to get there. When I get there the back guys tell me $60Then the lady says no I told you $55.She said my inventory just went up. In 5 minutes ? I don’t like lying .I guess the guy in the back got upset so they had an attitude and bad face . I will definitely not be going back there again.

DONT GO THERE- CHEATERS-THEY STEAL MONEYThe lady on the phone committed to do the tire rotations for $95 after taking the money they refused to do the sensor reset the cheated and took the money and refused to perform the service.Don’t come here these are big Cheetos you lose your money and get on qualified, unprofessional and bad service.

Don't buy your tires here. I bought tires with 60K thread guarantee, I didn't even have 15K on them and the threads were gone, took them back to make a claim on the guarantee and without barely looking at my tires the guy says: That's your alignment, not tire problem. My card had been aligned not a month before then. Anyway, had to get new tires elsewhere...this place is just a scam!
