I was checked out today. Spent $300. Was told I couldn’t use my cosmo license for discount because the computer wouldn’t let them use it. The girl checking me out was trying to tell me my license may be expired. I would know if it was expired..My license is active. This worker has zero problem solving skills, had a deer in headlights look on her face and threw her hands up in the air. just embarrassing.

Luckily I got in right at 7:35pm so right before closing and they weren't busy so it was a quick in and out trip. The store is always clean and organized and staff is always kind.

the employee young lady that looks emo with cat eyeliner / makeup is RACIST. don’t be staring while we trying to shop. She kept looking at us in every isle. That was uncalled for and uncomfortable. There’s a special place for you in hell.

Be very careful when shopping here in person. If you need to return an item to the store Sally Beauty will insist that you create an account with your name phone number and address (even if you didn't create an account to buy the product in the first place). The receipt doesn't state that they will do this so you will be surprised when they insist. In this age where there are so many concerns about data privacy, why should customers have to provide personal information that will later be sold by Sally Beauty to other companies?

The absolutely worst customer service. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. There is an ion special listed on the windows - one of the items being a 20v dev. But it did not ring up at the register as a special price. Cashier blamed it on the company saying they change things every so often. Like hello, just discount the difference. She couldn't comprehend.She followed me around the store as if I was stealing, which is very laughable if you were to take a look at me.She was also extremely rude. I was the only customer in the entire store and had to walk pass her to get an item I wanted. As I said excuse me she did not move one bit. I said it again and she said hmm and still didn't move. I had to squeeze myself beside her and rub against the product on the shelves.Someone like this is incapable of working even a retail job. Sad.

Bad service, I bought a machine and on the 3rd day it was damaged and they refused to change it even though they had my purchase ticket, and the girl just laughing told me no, what bad service.

DO NOT let me repeat DO NOT do a 2 hour delivery from Sally's Beauty Supply! I placed an order with a delivery tip and only received half my order. I got charged for the full order, so I called the store(this location that was listed on the receipt) to let them know and I was told sorry you can pick up the rest of your order at the store. Excuse me!!! I understand mistakes happen but what was the point of paying a 2 hour delivery with tip if I have to go to the store anyway. Then I had to call customer service to get a full refund and just placed an order with Amazon. Complete waste of time and money.

So this has my son upset and figured I’d clear this up, so I was in there getting my monthly hair products today around 5pm, today being Thursday, and my son comes in and ask to use scissors to cut this zip tie that he thought would make a neat bracelet as it was lime green, than couldn’t get it off… so one zip on his wrist, I am a social media influencer and even have the video of it as we thought it was funny on my platform, however The lady working tonight made a comment that is very concerning to her, I ignored it kind of laughed about it in my head no big deal, but my son not so much…. He’s had it rough for a bit before I got into recovery and is very sensitive to any comments being made about me, so to make him feel a little better I figured I would let whoever this lady is know, nope I did not kidnap this child and zip tie him lol, and the fact that the zip ties was only on one wrist and he was laughing saying he thought it was a good idea to make a bracelet should have also been a hint… thank you ?

Rude store employees, don't know their products. 72 yr old mother purchased hot rollers that quit working after 6 months. Hot Tools was contacted and they offer a 5 yr warranty but Sally's didn't know to advise that there was still a warranty on product. Save your money and time and just order things through Amazon, they atleast know their products. After a century of being a loyal Sally's customer the appreciation was shown by screwing her over to the tune of $80.00.

I was going to give them one star, but that would be sally, I mean silly, because Barbi likes it. She is a huge fan of make up stores, Ulta is the best one for her, but she has me bring her here - and to other locations - because they have a few alternate products and because at times they can be a bit cheaper I think. This review isn't exactly a beauty but hopefully it's helpful. Nobody knows make up better than my Barbi and nobody I know spends as much money on it as I do.

I have never been to this location before. My daughter and I were out so we stopped in to pick her up some shampoo. The lady that was working was not very knowledgeable about the shampoo. We had to look up the information we needed ourselves. Training is needed for their employees to make more sales.

Alicia was very helpful and knowledgeable about hair treatments and helped me find the right protein treatments for my hair. She helped me find what I need very quickly and I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. 5 stars to miss Alicia for her help today!! Thank you :)

Great customer service was greeted the moment I walked in and absolutely no the colors and what solutions you need to buy when it comes to hair products was so grateful and appreciated all of their service and thank them for their time
