Everytime I try to shop at this location it’s a horrible experience. The staff is so rude if you ask for advice. Don’t bother calling. They will put you on hold for 15 minutes and then hang up on you.

I went to the Sally’s location because it was the closest one to my house, but I won’t be going back there again. Three women stood at the register one of them a manager. The interaction was anything but friendly and I as the customer had to say thank you after I paid. Personally I think it should not be up to the consumer to thank you for the pleasure of shopping in your store. The response I got was “no problem”. As a manager myself I find that highly offensive and her manager should’ve thanked me. Based on the attitude from all, I doubt anything was said. Customer service has gotten worse and worse. They only seemed interested in talking amongst themselves. It’s a shame.

This has only to do with ownership not the employee. Great customer service but the air conditioner is broken and they make their employee stay?! That is crazy. Poor woman was red and miserable but continued to check us out with a smile and amazing attitude. It is 101 out with a heat index of 113 in Houston Texas in July and you stay open with no air for employees. That shouldn't be legal.
