This has only to do with ownership not the employee. Great customer service but the air conditioner is broken and they make their employee stay?! That is crazy. Poor woman was red and miserable but continued to check us out with a smile and amazing attitude. It is 101 out with a heat index of 113 in Houston Texas in July and you stay open with no air for employees. That shouldn't be legal.

The Best customer service I've ever received at Sally's about Black hair care on black brands was from a rare Ireland woman name Kristen. Kristen was very professional, well, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I would definitely be making this Sally location my home store. Thank you Kristen for introducing me to the Doux brand. I can't wait to try it

There is a new Manager (at least new for me), called "Andrea" who is amazing. I was looking for an specific color combination and she took the time to look for it with kindness, patience and the best customer service ever. Also helped me with gels and other products. Thanks so much Andrea, I'll be back for the violet drops !

To begin with. The young lady was late, so she said to wait while she cut the lights on, Finally she flings the door open saying we're open. I'm standing there like how the f' am I suppose to know you're ready when you said wait. Completely rude and disrespectful. First of all ma'am, you were late. The business opens at 10am. You don't walk in late with an attitude. Disgusting!!!!

I had a very bad experience today! Usually everyone who works there is so helpful and kind but today then I went around 1PM the girls were so rude and barely talked to me when I asked which products would help me. They didn't have what I wanted so I asked for something like I was looking for but they barely paid attention. I left with no products and annoyed as hell

I am very offended with this place, two days ago I went to get a dye for my hair and when I went to pay with a 100 bill the cashier told me that for 11 dollars they could not charge me with that money, sorry with what you pay in these stores ? Muy mal servicio..
