I always buy everything here but today I came to get a computer and I have been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to answer some questions I have. I asked the member service worker for help and according to what I called someone who has never arrived, but she was very indifferent as that doesn't worry him.

Great store. I love using scan and go. When I use it, and walk right through the lines past all the people waiting, I can't help but feel superior because I know the secret.... Well, not anymore. Lol.

Sam's Associates: The Cafe does NOT require a Sam's Club Membership. Stop insisting people have a card to enter the store and go to the Cafe. I pick up to go orders all the time from the Cafe for my company. The Sam's Website states no membership is required for the Cafe so stop glaring at me when I come in without a membership card.

I always buy my chicken from H-E-B but today I decided to buy it from Sam, it was my first time buying rotisserie chicken. Came home to a raw chicken. I am so disappointed because I couldn’t go back to Sam since I live 30 minutes away from there. Y’all need to check the temperature of the chicken before putting them out. HEB WOULD NEVER.

I was there with my kids and waiting line about 20 min. I show Sam’s club member pictures then she told me I have to go print out at customer service so I ask can I come back ? She said no I have to make another line … so I get tired so I try to leave the store then other employee ask me so I explain.She told me I can just show APP I have.So I went back to register then I ask where is my cart? To the same register women and she said They took already. (This happens about 3 minutes. ) i just gave up! I wish she act more nicer and she could told me I can just show APP so I don’t have to waste my time. Now I waste time more than 1 hour for nothing.They only have 2 register open in busy Friday noon.This is my first time at sam’s club experience. Good I got membership card for $15.I will just go COSTCO now on.Service is most important than price.

Overall this Sam’s is decent. They definitely need to improve how check out goes because it’s always a mad line but using scan and go helps. The pick up location is terrible. There are always cars parked in the spots and employees don’t stop them from parking on them when they are not there for pick upZ I have had to wait long periods of time for a spot too open up. They need to move the pick up to the back of the store not by the exit it entrance.

All self-checkout lanes were open and only one full service. The full-service line got so long that eventually another was opened. Your customers actions are telling you what they want. They are willing to wait in a long line for full service support. Just open the lines to give customers options.

Caution! Peanut Butter found on a box of 18 stack Ritz Crackers. I am an Assistant Director at a Child Care Facility and one of our children with a peanut allergy ate the crackers and had a BAD reaction. Called the store to get info about the distributor and how to contact them and the "manager" we spoke to did not seem to care AT ALL. I even told him they should remove the rest of them off the shelves until they know the rest of the boxes do not contain peanut butter and it didn't seem to care to do so. Please beware. Their Ritz Crackers may contain peanut butter on them even though it's supposed to be plain crackers.

Here it is 317 and my pickup between 2-3 is not ready. Had to get out with the kids (which I was trying to avoid - hence the pick up) to ask how behind they are ONCE AGAIN. The guy said 20 minutes… we’ll see if I have to get out again. The app could at least find a way to alert people they are behind rather than saying don’t come until we say it’s ready. What’s the point of picking a window if you’re never going to be ready? Management really needs to look into doing the curbside better cuz this is ridiculous. Vent complete352 had to get out a second time to be greeted with my order hasn’t been picked. HA! This is comical at this point. I’ll just shop my own stuff when it comes to Sam’s club. This is crazy.DONT ONLINE PICKUP HERE!!!!!!!

This Sam’s always has 2/ more Annoying Sales rep. bugging you to buy things if it's not one person it's three or four Rep. The store always has the robot, running around cleaning the floors and always getting in your way. It will not move out the way and if it's coming behind you, it just sits there. Also, the clothing department along with the shoes and sheets has buggies full a product in it that needs to go back on the shelf. The line to get out of the store after paying is always long. It's annoying how they have to scan every item in your cart. They always have expired food and not even rotating it off the shelves in the cooler. This is why I will not be renewing my Sam's Club card after three years. I’m just tired of it.

A lot of us like the offers and specials at Sam’s club specially the low cost gas at their pumps. All that is good but what’s not good and definitely not acceptable is having their gas pups flood with water during a simple rain storm. Basically avoid going there if it’s raining unless you like to swim! Shame on management of not noticing this and draining the rain water towards the gas pumps just right in the middle! See pictures and Video and share your thoughts if that’s something you would like to experience during your shopping or filling your vehicle with gas

I’m a Costco guy but wanted to visit Sam’s for the very first time. Lots of food/candies options and overall the shelves are cleaned with different type of products. I was not able to get anything in the food court but will have to come back and try.

This was not one of my better experiences. 4th of July weekend saturday, sure I expected the crowd; having more huge end caps, stock left in carts blocking the aisles and forklifts stocking also certainly added to that sardine feeling. A normal trip with my sweetheart would have us leisurely making our way around. This trip had us divide and conquer as if we were on a scavenger hunt. Alas we made the check out and thankfully we scavenged some boxes before paying as there were none up front.

I wish they would walk the store often to Make sure they are no spills. Today being here I didn’t fall but I slipped that I stretched my leg out and now it hurts so bad. I had to let them know they needed to pick it up. To whoever made the spill should of notified someone so they can clean it up asap

Well organized store and clean. Receiving different issues starting with don't answer phone or back door. Go thru front to be led to back get a dorr told wait until red light goes green. Door stays green whole time then no notification go in they lost my copy of bills of lading.
