HER NAME IS ABBEY THAT WORKS THERE!
"My experience over the phone with Abby at Security Loans in Katy, Texas, was absolutely unacceptable. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and made no effort to provide any assistance. Her attitude was unprofessional and made it clear that she has no interest in helping customers or maintaining any level of respect during interactions.
Frankly, someone like Abby has no business working in customer service. Security Loans should seriously reconsider having her on their team, as her behavior reflects poorly on the entire company. I strongly suggest management take immediate action to address this issue."
