The store is clean and in a great location. Only reason for the 2 stars.
However, I went to spend time looking around the store for specific items I found on TikTok. In the midst of that, I was simply smelling perfumes and trying out testers. Minding my business.
Personally, I don’t care to speak much to people. I understand working in your job / customer service asking people if they need help. I too worked at Nordstrom in college.
However, my God how many times do you think I need help?
I am 30 years old +, a career, and more. I run political campaigns, teams of 50+ people …. , I run STRs as well. “ meaning … -> “if I need help, I know how to ask my friend…”
Please incorporate a system, you guys should all be on the same page in those “headphones”. Stop asking the same people if they need help. Especially if they make more than you.
We know it’s for loss prevention purposes, but, who do you think in Cinco Ranch is stealing from your establishment?

Also, the Asian woman running the register, has 0 customer service skills. Very dry …

Can Sephora please clean up their makeup testers? They are filthy. The employee put together foundation samples for me and when I got home, I realized they put hardly any makeup in the sample so it was mostly worthless. Also, they have been telling me for many months that a particular makeup brand didn't have the range of shades I needed. I finally looked it up myself and found MANY shades. So the reality is that Sephora doesn't carry the full line of shades but I can get it online. That's not very customer-oriented.

Love Jacob and Amira? I was not planning to come and my daughter force me lol. I must say this was the best decision and a wonderful experience because of these 2 vibrant and amazing makeup knowledge guru I truly felt confident buying over 400 dollars worth of products .definitely keeping them on payroll will be a great assets, but most importantly the service was impeccable

Wow , amazing service today we went in for one product and ended up buying over 500 total between my mother and I . I must say Jacob and Amira was the key and definitely and asset to this company. I hire flight attendant for a major airline and they definitely would be the top pic for hiring. Absolutely love them and they took there time with us.

I entered with my wife to see if there was something in there for me. If women were dogs, my legs would would have been severed from the knees down. No wonder I saw many enter, yet few left the store. It looked as if you were into beauty, then this place has something for you. It was clear that this is a fun store, if you love the smell of different perfumes in the air and trying on different cosmetics. There were plenty of knowledgeable associates around, if you needed help. I finally left with my wife and both legs. Ha, she couldn't find what she was hunting for. But her arm did have three different aromas that were not there previously.

Sarah was absolutely amazing! She was a great help and was super friendly. She is not afraid to be honest and recommends products fit for you. She is so patient and kind that she even gives her own feedback on a product which is super helpful so you won't have to buy something you don't need!
