This location is one of the worst! Very small and always out of stock. The employees get very rude and hostile if you try to open the drawer to get something when everyone is just standing around talking. Lock them if you don't want customers going in there! Brandy, the cashier was very unpleasant and did not say a word to me besides "are you ready?" With an attitude. Don't recommend this location.

I came in a few minutes ago to get my birthday gift & my concealer. I had the sweetest cashier. I wish I remembered her name, but she was a lovely younger girl with a ponytail. She was so kind & helpful when I asked about getting my gift. Her customer service made my day!

I loved my experience here! The makeup artist Brandy made me feel so beautiful and so welcomed. I came to get my makeup done for a birthday dinner and she was so attentive and understanding of what I wanted to get done. I loved my makeup and the experience! 10/10 would recommend going to her. Thank you Brandy!

The associates were extremely helpful and patient. The store was over run by kids and I made a comment about the tik tok trends being true and the sweet girl just smiled. I sure hope all the kids getting the privilege of shopping here understand that they are extremely fortunate. I grew up in Alief and have worked hard to have what I have, I couldn’t afford the sun ripened raspberry trend. Taking care of their skin early is not a bad thing but please be gracious and courteous to those working and your parents who are allowing you such nice things. Many thanks to the staff of this store for making sure everyone is assisted and receive great service. However I will say this location is on the small side for volume, they could use more square footage.

staff is not knowledgeable enough about their own return policies. asked the manager and other staff to help me return my shark i purchased online so i can exchange it for a different shark of the same price. they couldn't do it for whatever reason which i understand but failed to let me know i could do an exchange without any problems online. how does sephora staff not know their own store policies or at least check them for a customer? the most uninformed group of employees i've encountered at a sephora

My experience at Sephora left me surprised. The staff here seem a bit out of touch with the latest trends. It's noticeable that some employees don't wear makeup, which makes seeking advice less motivating. I believe bringing in more stylish and makeup-savvy individuals would enhance the overall shopping experience and instill greater trust in their recommendations

I've noticed that the staff here appears to be more older in age, and there have been instances where their product knowledge seemed a bit outdated. The frequent offers of assistance, while well-intentioned, can be a bit overwhelming. I'd appreciate having the option to seek advice from an employee with hands-on experience.

I live in Katy so this Sephora is by far the most convenient for me to visit — that said, I have had 3+ different pickup orders canceled by this store. On at least 3 occasions, I’ve placed an order for in stock items and then had them cancel the order because their stock system isn’t up to date. It isn’t the end of the world, but it is very annoying after it has happened more often than I actually get to pick up my order. I don’t have this problem at Highland Village or Memorial City. At this point, I will drive to other locations to shop because it’s needlessly inconvenient.
