You guys should be careful when pump gas in this location, your Debit or Credit Card’s information will be stolen like me. Last time I’m went here to fill gas, after I insert my Debit card to pay and the station as my pin for twice, I thought I’m was enter wrong pin code and try again, when I fill up some gas with $38 and then leaving 5mins later I got a alert call from my bank they’re asking my did I purchased $138 on that location?! I’m was surprise and say just $38 and my Debit card was locked… you shouldn’t come here to pump as to avoid same problem as I did

don't go to this gas station especially at nightI had a horrible experience...As soon as I finished putting gas in my vehicle and as I was pulling out of the gas station I received an ALERT on my phone that someone was trying to use my debit card at this location...that they had tried to pump $80 and it was declined (cuz they didn't guess the pin correctly). I took a picture of his license plate and went inside to alert the clerk.a man in a pick up truck was trying to use the exact same pump after me and sat there (with window beside the pump (instead of gas tank aligned with pump) with a device in his hand) trying to guess my pin for my debit card...he did so for 15 minutesSTAFF ACTUALLY acted like they knew about it when I went in and asked for a manager. They acted like this was common (everyone that overheard my complaint seemed alarmed also but the clerk was like no big deal!!) and no manager ever called me back (supposedly there was none on site that night).DO NOT RISK IT

THE CASHIER (FEMALE)SHAMIM Is very rude and condescending and when you ask her a question politely she yells at you and is very rude!! I will Never shop at that shell again as long as she works there I would rather run through hell and gasoline underwear!!!

Very bad customer service the female cashier shamim is very rude when you try to point out her errors she begins to yell at you you are not better than me and something about Indians being superior to Americans I to Americans I was like wow wow lady this argument has taken a toll or should I say a turn for the worst I did not bring ethnicity bring ethnicity nor race into this at all I simply stated that as a cashier your job is customer service and you are very bad at customer service not to mention you should never yell at your clients especially when they are right I will never shop at this gas station again in life honestly had a not bought Home in Katy Texas I would never even drive past the shell establishment on Mason road literally a waste of time the shell at Mason road and Morton ranch literally should not employ anyone that works there currently especially shamim.

Who do I call to report a specific Shell station!? For refusing me a bag of ice on Ebt foodstamps when in the door window there is a big sign that says excepts EBT That’s the wrong guy behind the counter obviously isn’t trained enough to know that you can purchase ice with EBT and they were very rude to me at the Shell location on Katie Hockley in Morton Ranch and I believe that this company needs to be reported whoever owns the shelf needs to be told that whoever’s running his store is doing a horrible job and that he’s going to lose customers every single day and I will not stop until they reprimanded for denying me my bag of ice
