Awful gas station. Their pump malfunctioned and put a big hold on my card Even though I didn't get to pump any gas. I went inside and showed them the $0 purchase receipt and I asked them to please take the hold off and they told me to come back in 2 days. If it was still pending they could help me. Then. I reach out to my bank who said it is up to the merchant to cancel. The pending transactions. Came back on day five and no one seems to know anything. It is unreasonable to make such a large hold and keep it on for so long when a person didn't even make a purchase. This gas station is very shady and I would avoid it at all cost.

I went to several pumps to use my discount and none of them accepted it. It was literally two days after Beryl and I feel like they are purposely doing this. I'm reporting them and the staff were not helpful at all!!!!

Do not go to this gas station, they put a $200 transaction hold for using a credit card. I only got $20 worth of gas

Do NOT go here. I've avoided this gas station for a while since there's better ones close by (Murphy Express, Kroger, Wal-Mart), but was in a bind and needed to go here. Went right around 8AM. The fuel was so bad, that it basically crapped out my car and now I need a fuel filter replacement for a car that has a lifetime guarantee for those.

Such poor service. I use this gas station all the time and most of the employees are accommodating. I will never be back and will encourage my family and followers to do the same.

Overall a good service station. Clean well lit store. Good location. Very competitive gas prices, especially for Shell gas. They don't do the credit vs cash pricing, same price for both. Unfortunately it's always a hunt to figure out which pump has working touch buttons. They're required if you're going to redeem your discount points, and this location has a lot of pumps with broken buttons.

The best part about this gas station is its location. This was my first stop before work most mornings because it was convenient but I won’t go there anymore. This morning I paid inside $40 for gas on pump 9. The pump failed and when I told the person behind the counter she said she couldn’t help me and the manager won’t be in until Monday.In short: Great location, average prices, uninformed customer service representatives and no managers around to help.
