At this gas station not all the staff is friendly, there are about 2 people who serve as if angry and do not exchange lottery tickets for cash.

This is the last time anyone should come to an establishment for a fountain drink. Due to the fact the current lady on the shift 07/31/24 8:30pm wouldn't even let me fill up my drink properly after doing a simple taste test and basically instructed me to buy it as is and not even get another drop of soda meanwhile it was a 44oz about 3 quarters of the way full. I find it insane how this just became an issue and will never spend another dollar at this location due to her lack of respect.

I come here during the day all the time the staff are okay but the night shift lady was absolutely rude and refused to sell me a case of water. She absolutely just refused with no excuses

I went in the store and got kicked out cause they accused me of dirting there restroom I always go in there and buy stuff and gas but this old lady who works there embarrassed me in front others people go in there alot and I'm very clean person becareful with this place ladies and gentlemen

NEW CHARGING STATION - convenient location and easy enough to use with the Shell app. I typically use the Electrify America station at Katy Mills but it’s been unreliable lately (and always busy). Enjoying the lack of awareness of this new station for now.. ?

Most days they're worthy of 5 stars but yesterday (9/20), I fueled up and the pump handle didn't sense when the tank was full, and unfortunately, since I was cleaning my windshield, I didn't notice that it didn't automatically stop like it should. It wasted about 4 gallons of gas... Just an estimate, I was at about half a tank, & my tank holds 17 gallons when I noticed, it had put 12.5 gallons in, when I only had room for about 8.5. It overflowed all over my car! Wasted money & gas. When I told the attendant he said "thanks". I wanted to get home after a long day at work, so I didn't press when they didn't have offer a credit. I get that I should've paid attention also, but I've never had that happen. Lesson learned. That said, the staff has always been nice, so I'll continue going, but that was pretty crummy.

About 10 cents cheaper than gas stations around it so, cool.Not 24 hours as stated on their doors, though. Sometimes the pumps are off which is lame and cashier is just there to let you know they're closed....
