Let me start by saying that I was absolutely stunned today at the level of disrespect and poor manners presented by The store manager and Sales manager at this Sherwin-Williams. They both sat there, ignoring all the customers, watching their employees struggle, conversing without a single care in the world. I found this almost hilarious that these associates with management positions cannot behave in a professional way. However, Michelle and Tommy specifically were kind, understanding, and apologetic about the wait. Both helped me with my paint and explained things thoroughly. Companies like this need to revaluate who they give manager positions because clearly they think they are exempt from working for Sherwin Williams.

Came to this location only to find a sign on the door that read lunch break. Be back at 2:40…. I got the hint that there is only one employee. The employee returned & there was a row of 5 vehicles waiting for service that flooded the doors….. I read other reviews to show having lack of staff & long wait times. Would not recommend whatsoever until more staff is hired besides a single person.

I went to Benjamin Moore first and they were closed before they were supposed to be closed. I was not happy that I used up my gas. I saw Sherwin Williams opened and went there, the young ladies were knowledgeable and wonderful. I was glad that I went there.

Be aware they close earlier than the hours posted. Arrived prior to posted closing to find doors locked and employee shaking his head at me.

This is absolutely the worst sherwin Williams EVER! I’ve been here 3 times in the last couple months and it’s horrible. If you go here, be prepared to be there at east an hour but takes 30-45 min to even get acknowledged or helped. There are only 2 employees there at most. I went on a Sunday last time and there was only 1 guy!! There were customers waiting in line at least 30 min to buy paintbrushes only to put them away and leave. This place needs to hire more people or teach the ones there how to multitask.

I have never been treated so rudely in all my life! I visited the store merely to get wood stain color strips. The sales lady was very confused for some reason and didn’t know what I was asking for. I then asked for a wood stain sample booklet. She continued to talk circles around what I was really asking for. I mentioned the two colors I was looking for and that I just wanted a color strip or. Plot booklet...and she said we don’t have that, it must be another brand. I said no, I’ve done my research... it’s Sherwin Williams my builder only uses Sherwin Williams. She then looked around acting confused for 10 seconds and Then just walked away. So I wandered around, finally found what I was looking for, exactly what she said they didn’t have. Then I asked the other gentleman a question and while he was answering me she interrupted him to ask him a question that another customer asked her. Then he just walks away. Seriously RUDE employees!!!

We bought a can of paint in one color and came back to get it adjusted to another color in the same series. The employee botched the color. We were then charged for the new can of paint, despite the error originating on the employee's end.
