After reading the negative reviews I was worried about shopping this location. But this is the location my home builder sent me to in order to purchase touch up paint for my 2.5 year old home (my local SW store doesn't care the exact paint type that the contractor used). Nikole helped me and she was more than helpful, knowledgeable and very kind! I was able to get the paint I was looking for and she gave me some great advise. Thank you Nikole!!

This store on Grand Parkway is terrible. Go there and the employees are hiding in the office with feet up on the desk on there phone. The other employee finally came out and she moves slow and act like she didn't want to wait on me.They shouldn't get one star.

I am changing my review for this store from 4* to 1*.I went to get the standard Sherwin-Williams paint but person refuse to make since my last can was purchased at different store. He did not even try to help or explain. I went to Mason Road store and they made the paint without even asking where I purchased my last can.Do not go here if you plan to match the paint and did not buy the last can from this store - very lazy people.

Picked up a couple of gallons paint here today. Took in two different colors I needed matched. The lady who helped me did not seem to understand English or was confused about very simple things. She kept having to ask another guy questions. I was very concerned about what sort of stuff I would end up with. Price on one of the gallons for their cheapest trim latex enamel was like $69!! They gave me some sort of steep discount after I showed them a 25% off coupon. No idea why...but it a good thing because I would not pay that for paint. No way! I will stick with Lowe's and The Home Depot from now on.

On 6/6/22 I purchased 2 Gallons of exterior paint from Sherwin-Williams at 545 Grand Pkwy, Katy,TX At the time the store had a sale on Exterior paint. My 2 gal came to $116.74 before tax. The salesperson offered to load them in the back seat floor board after he rung up the transaction. When I arrived home and took the cans into the house I saw that both cans had damage on one side of the can. I am extremely dissatisfied that I was never told they were selling me damaged product and they kept the cans turned so I never saw the dents until I got them home I have been a customer of this store for the past 9 years and have never had a problem in the past. I feel very disrespected as a faithful customer. Please consider using a different paint store. Someone that shows more respect for their valuable customers

Worst customer service. The tall African American fellow that "helped" me at the counter at 4pm on 3/23 was absolutely useless. Brought in a photo of the house paint I've bought here before and he goes, "oh, we don't have that anymore." I asked him if he knew where I could find it then or if he had anything close to it. He then proceeded to feed me the same line, "We don't have that anymore." No recommendation for a substitution, didn't ask if he could help me find an alternative, nothing. I guess you guys don't care about making money anymore so I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have been coming to this location multiple times because my work is close by. They were charging me $14 for a sample book which we should have been free. They told me that I need to go to my home store to get a free book. I called my home store and they told me that they should not have told me that and they should've given me the free chart book. This location is ridiculous and I refuse to give them any more business. Buyers beware they are unfair with loyal customers, and I've been a customer for over 10 years! I have given them so much business the passed few weeks. Not going to this location anymore.

Worst customer service i called to ask to get 2 5 gallon buckets of painters edge tinted i understand sometime some stores can’t do it because they don’t have the base but the sales associate lied to me saying that there store couldn’t do it because i didn’t purchase the buckets from there store if they would have just told look we don’t have the base to do it but you can go to this other place they might be able to help i would have been okay but she straight up lied to me saying they couldn’t because there policy says not to do it because i didn’t purchased from that exact location

I stood on the line awaiting service for 10 minutes an Not one employee in the store even acknowledged me. Two of them were engaged in a conversation and the other was watching the paint machine mix paint. Just a simple greeting would have been nice. I will go tobthe location on Mason they at least acknowledged your presence.

I can't believe how far customer service has fallen with this establishment. Multiple visits while picking paint colors with the wife. The sales rep/counter agent, had little to no experience or knowledge of his job. Nor did he offer suggestions during our engagement. All the while I felt that there was more to the interaction. I felt as if I was speaking to a child because I had to literally talk through every step just to understand my options. I spent over $500 in paint and primer so it's not as if I'm trying to hoard anyone's time for a gallon of paint. The look of disgust on this person's face while having to speak to me is why I feel there's more to it.

Visited store Friday, June 11th 2021 @ 12:30. I’m not going to spend any money at this location. Ever. I’ve been a loyal SW customer for decades. Usually, great product with very knowledgeable paint salespeople. Customer service was always great at previous locations I’ve been to in other areas of TX. Yesterday, that changed. Very, very, very rude. I get that it’s really busy this year and probably very overwhelming with the home improvement/building boom, but the service there literally tells you “We don’t want your business, get out!” I patiently waited as the woman behind the counter silently and abruptly took my paint chip and left for a while. She was searching through cans and then went to the back room. She came out and showed a can and my paint chip to the guy mixing the paint. He was barking at her, telling her they can’t mix the color. Very abrasive all around. Not a good way to treat your staff or to present your business to customers. The woman, in broken English was coldly and abruptly saying “Don’t have base! No base (I think was what she was trying to tell me? I had trouble baking it out)!” Now, I don’t speak 2 languages, so I didn’t feel like it would be fair to hold that against her. And maybe it was a rough day. But still, you don’t have to say it so rudely. Finally, a much nicer staff member (wish I had gotten his name) came over and said they can’t mix the color because they don’t have the base to make it. I asked if they’re just out of stock right now, or if it’s never possible to mix it. He explained that they were just out of it right now and that maybe another SW store will have it in stock. That, a customer with a layperson’s knowledge will always understand. Why couldn’t they have just said that in the beginning? I haven’t bought paint from Home Depot in a very long time, but I went there right after the negative SW experience. They matched the color perfectly and I was treated with kindness and respect, in a way that made me and my money feel welcome there.
