The owner of this car wash should be involved.Equipment doesn’t function properly, ever vehicle is still lather with soap.Still full of dirt.The worker just spray a little water from a bottle only to scratch the vehicle with the dirt and mud still on it.When you pay for the extra shine.All the trim should be shiny with amoral, and of course, nothing is done.Will never go back to this car wash.Rather spend them money at Kingsland car wash

Sana and the staff were absolutely welcoming, the cleaning is efficient, timely, and over all a job well done! The staff has a great sense of humor and hospitality! 10/10 recommend for a great car wash

The guys here are awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I do my oil change here often and it’s the best value. But I also did my coolant flush here cos my levels were low. And they pointed out that there was a leak and they always help with top-off if I need it. My Mercedes is complex. But they always are there to help and also help give a good friendly advice also the manager Cesar is very nice to me every time I go there.

First time here and definitely the worst experience ever. They offered a hand carwash because my jeep has a bar light. The guy said for 50 they would clean inside and outside. And this is how it came out. They couldn’t even throw away my empty cans inside the car i had to do it myself. The only good thing they did was shine the tires. I didn’t complain because i hate wasting my time. If i pay for a service that was offered i expected to get it done.

i was driving down mason rd and randomly spotted this car cleaning service spot. decided to give it a shot! they had a 50% on oil change, so i got that too.service is very friendly! i don’t know anything about cars lol so they were nice enough to help me pick the most appropriate options for me. oil change was quick. the wait was short. cleaning was done very nicely! my car hasn’t been this clean in a while lol amazing job!

Sunday morning they were short staffed. Took forever. Paid for the spray wax, that didn't happen. I was sitting watching closely. Never again. I will not be taking 3 vehicles here for Oil or wash service. Many new better places in Katy.

I went in earlier this week to get my oil change, let me start by saying I hate going alone as a female to get my oil change because they always try and upsell you. But Cesar from the lube center at this location made me feel soo comfortable and did such an amazing job on my car. He took care of my car and was super friendly along with all the boys there. Did just what I needed done. I will definitely be back with our other cars and I will be letting my family know to come here as well.

I paid for a full service on my new truck, and it was the worst experience, they did not dry it well, it was stained, it was not vacuumed well and they scratched the lever console, it is not a good service for what they charge

Paid 159 for the full detail and oversized job.I was very surprised when I got home to find a whole chicken nugget still under my seat and a bottle cap. When I pay over $150 for a car detailing I don't expect to find crumbs and food in my car to the point that it still needs to be vacuumed. After a few days post car wash there is now mold growing on my mats. Be warned

Horrible service, it seems like New Management is running the place. Prices raised and customer service dropped. They are a rip off, very unethical business. They want to charge $8.99 in addition to $19.99 basic car wash to wash your tires !STAY AWAY .

I wish I could give -5 for the rate. I paid 170 for bumper to bumper detail wash. They did not clean the windshield from inside, inside the consul, the doors from inside and even the monitor had a bunch of dust!!!! The aluminum wheel rim were black and when I asked them to clean up, I got the answer that they won't come out because your car is old!!!! when I insisted they cleaned the rings easily. Don't waste your money. you don't get good service and they dont treat you with respect.
