They did a phenomenal job yesterday, I called an hour ahead they were able to fit my party of 3 in during their final hours of the night. The service was excellent and so are the quality of our nails. They repaired two of my nails and were accommodating to the rest of my party. Definitely going back!!

Is it just me or is it really look a bit odd? I had my nails done 3days ago and very happy how Daisy did my nail and my co worker noticed that my nails look a bit uneven. I’m actually at the office and accidentally caught my right ring finger and my nail detached from the skin (if you can imagine the pain,it’s the worst feeling) and it’s now swollen. Can you still fix my nail?

I visited this place recently, and while the salon was clean and my nails turned out nicely, the experience was a bit disappointing. The technician seemed rushed and was a bit rude during the service, which made it less relaxing than I had hoped. The results were decent, but the customer service could definitely be improved.

Honestly I was excited to try a new nail bar as I just moved to this area and I am trying to get acquainted. I came in the shop and requested a gel pedicure gel. The pedicure was okay (not the best French) and the lady who assisted me was nice.. but I noticed everyone else in the nail bar was offered water or something to drink with the exception of me. Also the ladies were attempting to talk me into getting a manicure as well and were very much pressuring me and also talking about me not getting one. I got the signature pedicure wSeemed very disrespectful and I did not feel comfortable here. I most likely not be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment for a full set without any nail polish. While booking, I asked if they have straight tips. Not curvy ones but straight and I was told yes. Arrived at the appointment and got Tiffany as my nail tech. She was nice, and from my point of view while in the chair, it looked like she was really trying and doing them to perfection. During service, I asked for my cuticles to be cleaned up and for the shape to be almond. She “cleaned” up my cuticles then proceeded to glue on the tips at that point I was told they did not have straight tips. Fine, it is what it is, I let her glue on the curvy ones. She cut them then shaped, and at that time length and shape was good. Then started applying acrylic with a whole lot of powder waste dripping down on the paper towel. Once she was done, she proceeded to file down and shape once more. During all this time we were chatting. I told her I do my own nails (even showed her a picture of the set I did for my cousin’s wedding) and it was a little something I picked up during Covid and because it’s very hard for me to find a tech that does them good to where they don’t look old at day 2. I also told her I get them done professionally once in a while. Well this was my once in a while because I did not want to spend 4-5 hours it takes me from start to finish. However, after getting home and inspecting my nails further before painting, I realized how horrible the quality of work ended up. The thickness was different on each nail, almond shaping was not even on either side of the nail, and thumbs ended up shorter than the other 4 nails. My mistake was being so mad and disappointed that I didn’t even think of taking pictures, but even my family confirmed it was bad after they heard all fuss in the house. At that point, I ended up taking my supplies out to redo my nails and spend the time that I wanted to use on something else. To not soak off and to be more efficient with time, I had to cut down. And because I had to cut them down, I not longer had the luxury of having them almond. I then had to do more clean up on my cuticles and apply more acrylic to even out some of the thickness. I called them earlier asking for a partial refund instead of full refund because I understand the nail tech took her time. After going back and forth, I was told they can only fix. How can you fix something and think it will be acceptable when the first try was bad and after I said multiple times I had to spend my own time to fix up the bad service the tech provided?

Jennifer was great, she took her time with my service and the massage portion. I got the signature pedicure with regular polish on my toes and clear coat plain manicure on my hands. I don’t do this often, so it was a treat. I got to relax and enjoy the massage chair while my toes dried. Paid more than I’d like for a plain manicure though so next time I’ll skip that unless I do color or gel. I’ll probably ask for different nail shaping on my toes too, although she did a good job considering my nails were super short when I came in.

My husband and I had a lunch date and decided to google a nail salon nearby- and because you had awesome reviews- we stopped by and it WAS AWESOME!! Angela did my husband’s pedicure and Lisa did mine. Lisa was very gentle, attentive and the massage was AMAZING! Angela is great and my husband enjoyed his pedicure as well- she even asked how he enjoyed the sugar scrub and if he wanted more! (I love service like this!!)
Very customer service oriented and clean. We will definitely be back and enjoy some time with our 5 year old daughter:)
Thanks Glam Nail Bar for finishing my lunch date with hubby in a relaxing way! See yall soon!
Cleanliness: The environment was very clean and neat. Nice smell and welcoming service!

Messed up my nails and refused to fix them, soak them off, or give me any kind of refund. I paid for extra length and she filed my nails down so short that they are not long at all. I asked for a square shape and the sides of my nails around the tips are round. The French tips are not the same, for example, the bottom of one nail is smaller than the other and the middle of the front is not in the middle of the nail. when I called them, they stated that they had a policy, but they don't give any kind of refund, but I was never informed of this. These nails are generally so ugly that I went to rip my fingers off. I paid $85 for a horrible result and I can't get any kind of refund.

Overpriced! I paid $40 for a pedicure plus $15 for shellac on my toes plus $10 to have under my nails cleaned (I'd cut and filed prior to coming in), plus tip..... the entire thing cost me about $80 after tip. I should've paid no more than $50! Nice staff, and clean, but very overpriced.

I moved from Boston to Katy almost two years. I have been faithful for about a year to Anne (the owner) as she’s amazing , does designs, enjoys to converse. I wish I could find all the cute nails she has done .. these are just few that I could find in my album. No complaints and pricing is reasonable!
