We went into this store looking to get information on the sleep number beds. Cadio provided us with everything we wanted to know about the beds. We tested several options but settled with the Climate360. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you’re in the market for a new bed.

Seamless and easy experience. We had the pleasure of working with Blake who walked us through an entire experience with Sleep Number. He was super knowledgeable and transparent about what each bed has to offer. You could tell he wanted to sell us something we would be happy with not just what would be the best sale for him. Daniel was great from start to finish. The i10 is our 3rd sleep number bed and we are very excited about getting it.
The hot Summer nights should no longer be an issue with the climate controlled mattress.

Great service by Daniel. Took all time necessary to show us our options answer all questions, was never pressure to buy or purchase this product or even a sleep number bed. He let us decide if it was right for us and was able to give us information as we asked questions and was even interjecting things to consider that we hadn’t. He allowed us to make an informed decision and provided as much information as he could for us, helping us see if it fit in our situation. We still have several stops to make in our search, but none of the other options worked for us and the other options did not seem to be as interested as Daniel in seeing their product fit our needs. So at the end of the journey we contacted Daniel and he made it a very smooth process for us. Great representative for you - “Sleep Number”!! Thanks Daniel- still working through finding our number!

Excellent service at the Katy Texas Houston location from Hamza we purchased our climbing 360 from him and came back and got the bed frame. He was very professional and knowledgeable.love our bed

Customer service here is terrible. Crooks who will say anything to sell you a bed and nothing to help you after. Delivery Service even more of a joke. Do not recommend to anyone!
