I went in 5 minutes before closing time (not purposely) because I was stuck in traffic after picking up my son from school. I had a very flat tire and that was the only place near me, and when I got there, Jonathan explained to me that this was not a regular tire place, that they fixed 18 wheelers tires. Even though it was closing time, he was so kind to put air in my flat tire so I could at least make it home. Thank you for your kindness.

I am very pleased with this service. Duran is probably the most respectful, well spoken person i have ever met in my years of driving. Honestly its like being around family as they work on your equipment. A big Thank you to him and the service guys.

Brittany at Southern Tire Mart - Katy was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Her customer service, attentiveness and overall awesome personality, was simply amazing!!!I needed to get two steer tires in a hurry, she worked to accommodate my every need and got me a Saturday morning appt for service.I had called several different Tire shops and because of horrible customer service, I would not spend my money there. But, Brittany and Southern Tire Mart in Katy put a big smile on my face!!!They are awesome and the service is amazing!!!
