I have mixed feelings about my experience at this place. I say that because the hours of operation are listed on the website as well as their front door. Based on that, the hours state that they open at 7 AM Monday through Saturday and they offer same day dry cleaning. Now I went on a Friday with 3 items- 1 dress, 1 shirt, and 1 pair of pants for my son to get dry cleaned for a special event and wanted to utilize their same day service they offer.So when I arrived at 8:30 AM the door was locked and no one was present. I get back in my car to leave and a car pulls up, a lady gets out and goes to the front door. So I get back out and go to the front door. She tells me to hold on a minute then flags me down when she's ready for me to come inside.While inside, I asked about the same day service and what the price is for 3 items. She informs me that they don't do the same day dry cleaning service and quoted me $ 19. The end result was I only got 2 items dry cleaned that day and went back before 6 PM to pick up my items even though they're supposed to be open until 6:30 PM.I didnt like that the lady arrived and departed whenever she felt like it as opposed to abiding by the hours of operation listed. Now I will say that I did greatly appreciate her completing my dry cleaning the same day.

Horrible experience here. DO BE CAREFUL!!Monday, found out my winter coat needed a clean. My own cleaners closed its doors due to COVID-19, so sad, I liked them. Found this place but did NOT read recent reviews. Huge mistake.Problems:Older woman behind the counter was asleep on the couch all three times I came in.She could not tell me the prices for my items (a shaggy vest, a suit jacket, my hooded coat.) nor, indeed, any prices. Pants? Shorts? Dress blouses? Tees? Who knows?After she took them, I got *no ticket.*I got the promise of a phone call when they were ready. Their records are a spiral notebook on which the CUSTOMER writes the date, their name, the number of items, and their phone number. ((!!!!)) No description? No ticket?She could not tell me when they would be sent to the cleaning plant nor when they'd be back. (With travel plans, this became an issue.) But they were already bagged, so... I left.After running another errand, the red flags were too much to ignore, so I went back to get my things. Too late. They were on their way to the plant.I got no message the next day (Tuesday) but I went in Wednesday to get my clothes. They were there, all right. The woman had no idea who I was although I had been in twice. I had to point out my items, not hard since they were all black.I should mention that all the items came back in decent shape, I was relieved, their storefront did NOT bode well for it.BUT. They had the nerve to charge me 35 bucks for three items. I have called around and the winter coat is between 12.99 and 17.99 elsewhere, but after the previous experiences here, it should not have surprised me that they charged 25.99.So. I'd love to warn you off if any kind of service, accountability or redress in case of error matters to you, cause you'll never get it here.If all you want is your clothes on hangars, sometime in future, Spots Cleaner's your spot!

$25 for one corduroy jacket that had never cost more than $8 at other places. And I can still see a shadow of a stain. They never tell you upfront how much the total will be. Complete rip off

DO NOT WATE YOUR MONEY HERE PLS !!!!!!!!Terrible customer service with rude owner with terrible hanger, they messed up my shirt and i returned it for ammend but man called Tunde was very rude and aggressive, he will never listen to you .

Normally went to MW cleaners but the price isn’t worth the press. Spots cleaners did a great job and I look like a million bucks all the while saving $15 a week vs going to MW. I like a heavy starch and they know how to dry clean! Will be back and HIGHLY suggest!

They just ruined my wedding dress,they lady on duty says she doesnt have or know where to get the managers number! Kept my dress all twisted,out of paper wrap,she said its because it was too long??? Its the worse over!!!

Ruined my blouse and I have still not heard back from them on how they are going to make it right. I was told only the owner can handle customer complaints but no one has contacted me even though I have called multiple times and it has been weeks. Terrible way to do business.

Don't waste your money and time in here. They gonna charge you and not doing their job. My shirts were there for a week and they didn't clean them. When I asked for refund they refused to that. They are robbers.
