Zero stars for the experience I had with my baby Frenchie. The so called ‘Vet’ Grace Skaff is so rude. She was very mad because we didn’t want to get vaccines there. First of all, I don’t know anyone that would spend a dime there being treated the way I was. I do not recommend this lady for anything. Grace needs some serious training on professionalism & respect.

Took my dog with an emergency and the vet said they had to run tests, so they sent him back. A few hours later he passed. I just wish the vet would have told us that he was in a critical condition and that he would soon pass. Now looking back it makes sense since he was 14 years old. But I would assume that a trained professional would also use logic and tell their patient that he was about to pass based on his shortness of breath and age.

We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by this veterinary practice, at both of their locations. Their communication has been inadequate, and they revoked the 50% discount we were supposed to receive through Petland for reasons that are completely unjustified and untrue.
They have failed to provide clear guidance on the next steps for our puppy's treatment. They are now blaming us for missing an appointment that was never scheduled, despite us explicitly asking for clarification on when the next visit was required, which they never communicated.
After speaking with Petland, I was informed that this practice is no longer offering a 50% discount to puppies from Petland. Instead, they are only providing a $300 discount for neutering. This suggests they are retroactively denying the 50% discount to those who are already eligible.
The most concerning aspect of this experience is that, due to their lack of communication, our puppy did not receive the necessary care.
We hope this review helps others avoid the frustration and disappointment we have gone through.

Everyone at Spring Green & Highland Knolls is wonderful. I’ve been to both locations and never met better people.
We recently had to say goodbye to our 12 year old boxer and the staff was so caring in our hard time.
Maci always loved to go to the Vet to see her friends.

Very friendly staff and nice environment. They are in partnership with petland and petland does not always give the CORRECT information and that can be frustrating. However, this is not their fault

I like that they call to confirm appointments, are flexible with scheduling, and the vets are detailed and knowledgeable when discussing our pet and her care.

The best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. The team (staff and doctors) is amazing! They are so friendly and helpful and care as much about our animals as we do. They made sure we understood everything they were doing and kept us in the loop the whole time our dog was there.
