They DO NOT do any compounding here. They’re listed as a compounding pharmacy but they only buy/stock some compounded meds, nothing more. Harsh is a dope guy tho.

Have had nothing but problems with these people. Some of it is the delivery service, but mostly with their service in general. THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK! You get an instant impression they are not too concerned when you complain. Twice they said they filled a prescription when they did not. I received one of my prescriptions saying it was a 30 count when it was only 15. They refused to be wrong or take responsibility for bad service. IM DONE!

I was pleasantly surprised at the free delivery option. They were pleasant, professional, and helpful in ensuring I had my item in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend using this pharmacy for your prescription needs.

I wish I would have read the reviews before sending my prescription there. I called to see if they had a medication in stock and was told yes. I had my doctor send my prescription there. A few hours later I called and was told that they don’t fill out of state prescriptions. No call or NOTHING! I immediately called back and spoke to another person. She then told me that they don’t have the medication. I will be filing a complaint because according to my experience and other reviews, some shady business is going on there. Discriminatory practices for sure!

Do not do send your prescription to this pharmacy. I called in to check on my prescription, the owner was very rude. Referred to me as “those kind of patients.”I have a letter from my insurance company stating that I got approved for a prescription and was even going to drive up there to show him a copy, but it is not even necessary. I shouldn’t have ignored the bad reviews. Please do not ignore the google reviews. Definitely avoid this place. Very unprofessional and rude!!! I will also be leaving a yelp review. They do not deserve a star. I wish there was an option for zero stars.. Horrible experience!!

Rude and careless people. Delayed prescriptions because they “forgot.” I asked when they would be sent and still said “yeah I don’t know what happened, should be there by tomorrow.” A week later and still nothing. Their response “ I don’t know what happened”

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. My prescription was sent to them and as soon as it was ready I was called to make a payment. This wasn’t the issue, the issue was that when I went to go pick them up 2 weeks after only 2 of the 4 of my prescriptions were ready but 2 weeks prior I was called about all 4 being ready. I was told that my prescription would be ready on Monday and I said ok. I called today to make sure that they were ready, the woman asked for the name of the medications and I told her that I didn’t know the names but I know what type of medications they were. She put me on hold and then came back to the phone to tell me she doesn’t have them then put me on hold AGAIN and then gave me 2 different types of meds that I did not mention then put me on hold again and came back and I told her I just want to know if my medication is there. She then put me on hold AGAIN and then passed the phone to someone else who confirmed what I needed to know. Overall work is just sloppy with whoever answers the phone, she gave me the same difficulty 2 weeks prior as well as yesterday. Won’t be returning.Sept 29th,2023: I went to go pick up my prescription today and I was told that they did not have it after I had called days before to ask if they had it and after going back and forth with being on hold I was told they have it. I gave the woman my name one more time with my dob and I guess she went to the back to call her manager to ask about my prescription. She then came back and told me that because of my review where I said I will not be returning they ended up refunding my money and canceling my prescription. I was NEVER notified about my prescription being canceled and my money being refunded. I didn’t receive a call or email. I walked out frustrated at what just happened. I decided to turn around and ask them to have my prescription transferred and when I tried to opened the door it was locked. Keep in mind on Saturdays they close at 8pm which means they locked the doors immediately after I left, I stood there on the phone with my mother telling her what was going on while the other employees just stood there looking at me. It wasn’t until I finally walked away that someone came to actually help me. You guys are honestly the worst pharmacy I ever been to. You have all those people and the ONLY person who even cared enough to acknowledge me and try to help me and even go the extra step to call someone to help her give me an answer about my prescription deserves a raise and to be promoted. The rest of you were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP and the Asian woman is worst.

Sucked that I had to go here because other pharmacies nearby didn’t have the medication. Pretty rude at the counter and just overall a bad experience. If you can avoid this place you should.
