Tech was unable to get info transferred from old screen dead phone to new phone.Update: Didn't go back because problem lies with dead screen on old phone and idiot provider C Spire who isn't satisfied with name, last 4 social, birth date, last address for security. They I sust last I.D. has to be text to screen dead phone. Don't use C Spire!

Cassandra is the BEST!! She helped me upgrade my phone. 10/10I came back and Mo was so helpful. This guy knows what he is talking about. I got a new iPad for work and this will make my life 100x easier!

Omg a disorienting experience They are rude and ineffective. They remind me of the drone of a dial tone. Just wanted customer service but it is something so foreign to this store.

I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 15yrs now and they have been great as a service provider; however, transitioning to Katy it has been a not so pleasant experience. I was made aware by the customer service (1-800 number) that the area I live in is a dead zone, which is horrible from a safety standpoint. But the Morton Ranch Store made up for it all with the warm service, patience, and professionalism. Mr. Mo & Alexis were simply a joy to speak to. I got my shield protector replaced and also looked at the latest technology in the selection of Smartphones. If you are in need of new gear and information regarding your current service go see these great reps!!!

The female salesperson during the last hour of June 26, 2023 was very rude . She’s the only female salesperson during that time. We were talking with Muhammad then she jumped in and told us aggressively that she can only work for the upgrade of my iPhone but I have to pay the total amount of the phone and in addition she can’t do anything with the data migration. I hope TMobile upper management will verify the validity of what this salesperson is telling us. And in addition, She explained that to us in a very unprofessional way and glaring eyes. I was shocked and telling ourselves her treatment to us was because we are seniors or that is really her behavior. We asked for the manager on that time and she says wait…the manager remain in the room and didn’t appear to resolve the issue. I hope the upper management of TMobile will review this issue and apply necessary resolutions by keeping the right people in the store to keep TMOBILE in a better standing in the eyes of many!

Worst service ever received, they do not have any professionalism, they treat customers badly, they do not help at all, they are just talking to each other. Even the manager is the worst: Stephen Pino. I do not recommend it at all !!!!!!!!

Very rude customer service. We came earlier and talked with Jen. However, as there were many clients we told her can we just come back after an hour which she said yes. After an hour we came back and another customer rep after closing the blinds approached us telling us that the store cannot service us anymore in a very unfriendly and derogatory tone from my perspective. Definitely not a good way to address or treat customers.

very bad customer service by some of their customer support team. I would definitely not be coming back here. We used to like this shop and got our phones here last time. We came to upgrade our phone and had already talked to Jen but have not decided yet. So we came back and there were a number of clients waiting, so we told Jen we will just come back after an hour which she acknowledged. When we came back Jen was nowhere and another team member with a client started to close the blinds. After closing the blinds she eventually came to us and without any greetings etc. she rudely addressed us. we told her we are here for Jen. She indicated that Jen has left and told us that if we are expecting service there is non to receive. We can get the phone but no service according to Fatemah. The way Fatemah was addressing us was very impolite and rude. So we asked for the manager to communicate our concerns. Fatemah told us to wait and she has informed the manager and the manager was coming out. After waiting for awhile no manager came out. Probably, he or she don’t care enough about their customers because after asking for us to wait decided not to talked to us and address our concerns. Definitely very bad customer care by a corporation that prides itself for good customer service. Zero stars for this TMobile shop.

I’m rating it a two star because the place smells nice and clean but we didn’t get greeted just was standing there waiting on help.. clearly the only customers in there can’t say they didn’t see us.. we had to speak to them and still received no help.. Please don’t come to this location an waste your time!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Stephen yesterday regarding my plan and a phone I wanted. He was thorough and took his time with me. Lexus and Vinny were also very helpful. Keep up the great work!!! 10/10 would recommend all of them but specifically, Manager Stephen!

Ignorant is all i can say family is back for the 3rd time over issues had the new phones for over a week yet somehow you forgot to charge taxes on them ? never again trash service with a bunch of kids who don't understand anything.

We had a great experience. Our mobile expert was Karleen. No waiting no pushing use to buy somthing we didn't need.
