This place is an absolute joke. I work at the Army recruiting office across the street and stopped by for some alterations. From the moment I walked in, the staff had a terrible attitude, acting like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. When I explained that I needed alterations for my suits for an upcoming graduation, they rudely told me they were too busy and couldn't do it. I even said I was willing to wait for over a month, but they still brushed me off. I usually don’t bother writing reviews, but I felt compelled to sit outside their location and write this one so that everyone knows just how horrible their customer service is. Save yourself the hassle and your hard-earned money—avoid this place at all costs.

Alterations were absolutely perfect! I was nervous to take my favorite skirts to replace the zipper because I didn’t think it could be done and still look the same. They matched the materials in the colors, you would never know the zipper had ever been replaced. Except for now, it works perfectly! I’m so pleased with their customer service and the quality of their work.

I have been going to stars cleaners over 10yrs. Lately I have had brand new clothing that were quite expensive get faded several times. After been a loyal customer for so many years all they offered was a few dollars off next service. The owner has always been very pleasant and knows me by name but unfortunately I will move on from them. I can’t afford to keep getting clothes ruined and loosing money on apparel I paid good money for.

take a shirt to be washed for the first time with them and they bleached it and they say it's a Ralph Lauren (polo) problem. i have sent it several times in other dry cleaners and it had not problems, I do not recommend they are not responsible for the clothes. and they only says nothing that we can do? pay what you damage.Horrible customer service

A very nice experience and old school mom and pops shop. They still only take CASH!!!! so that's a hold up but they do great work and it's cheap compared to other places. I recommend and probably will go back more to give a more accurate review I only had 2 white dress shirts to do with minimal staining like collar and wrist couldn't tell you if major work can be handled by them like wine or alteration accuracy. Otherwise great place.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What owner, any owner, of any store... says and disrespects any of their customers by saying that they have no common sense. The owners at this cleaners have proven that they are the most disrespectful people probably of this world. Lack of communication. Lack of understanding. AND lack of respect. We came in for a respectful conversation and they replied by saying we have zero common sense, we are ridiculous, and we need to leave. A WASTE OF MONEY. NO. DO NOT GO HERE.
