Beware of this place. If your car's tint is ever a mere above 25% they won't inspect your car. They told me I had to remove the tint if they wanted me to inspect my car. And they scratched my car in the process. I took my car to another place in Houston and passed with flying colors. Bunch of no buenos pendejos.

Lackluster performance of the people receiving you. The two women were just chitchatting while we were waiting for them to take our order. The wash employees were nice and helpful.

I had a first time engine wash at this location and it was done very good, I was impressed and would recommend using them for an engine wash. Great job Guys.

They cleaned my odyssey and the service was great. But someone stole the cover from passenger 2nd row seat arm . I discussed with them but they could not find it . The cover does no come off quickly and perhaps some one literally took it off from the seat . These small parts sell on eBay for 20-40 dollars . But how can someone trust a business where u start losing parts .

After taking my car to this establishment and receiving their washing service, I took a moment to retrieve items from the trunk. To my dismay, I discovered a scratch on my car that was not there before, undoubtedly caused by their actions during the service. When I brought this to their attention, they vehemently denied any responsibility for the damage.I insisted on speaking with the supervisor, hoping for a resolution. Disappointingly, she claimed that the scratch was preexisting, contradicting the evident truth. This left me disheartened and frustrated.Upon reaching home, I decided to delve into the reviews of this establishment. To my astonishment, a prevailing issue emerged - numerous reviews highlighted incidents of scratches on cars caused by the establishment's negligence. This alarming pattern solidified my belief that my experience was not isolated.In the unfortunate event that legal action is pursued, these reviews could serve as crucial evidence, demonstrating a consistent and concerning trend of negligence on their part. Reflecting on this, I wholeheartedly caution everyone to steer clear of this establishment to avoid potential harm to their vehicles. Your car's safety might be at risk if you choose to patronize this place.

Friend told me he went to this car washed and had a good experience so I drove all the way from Houston , N eldridge to try . They were so rushed to sell me every car wash detail , and rushed me off my car when I took some white kitchen trash bags to put all my paperwork and work stuff , the hispanic lady speak not a word of English , she nod her head and look at the trunk so I was assured it’s not trash .When I collect my car the white kitchen trash bag is gone!! My paperwork from work and stuff from the console is not there !As I was the last few customer before they close , I had a sleepless night waiting for them to reopen the next day.Lesson learn , don’t let them rush you. Don’t let them throw your stuff , do it yourself . They employed non English speaking stuff that should be trained .Disappointed .Services: Full body wash

I've been going there for years. But i paid $30- to have my car washed. When it was done there were still water spots on my glass. The lady told me I'd have to pay extra to have that cleaned??!! Won't be going back...

Terrible place and it used to be a perfect place took my car only to be vacuumed inside and they insisted on giving it a super wash and I accepted. When I picked it up, it had been scratched as shown in the photos. Mrs. Alma told me that they are not responsible. I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner and she told me that she was the person in charge. I do not recommend it. Very rude. I never go back to that place again

So ridiculous! I just left from there I ended up actually going and getting an inspection and you get a free car wash with it. It is not worth the free car wash. They had my car ready for over an hour and did not even let me know. I noticed my car was ready when a person that had come after me got their car first and he even got a wipe down. They only washed my car and then left it cooking dry in the sun for the hour so now I have water spots all over my car. and again they never let me know. I have an appointment to get to and now and I am running late for it all because they didn’t even let me know my car was ready. And there were only two people working the guys seem to be going great fast and letting people know their car was ready. The girl doing too much and not letting people know their cars are ready.

Today a guy told my 22 year old daughter she may need a brake fluid flush for $250 plus. On 2021 mazda that she just came in for an oil change. Watch out for crooks young ladys.

Was expecting good service, reminded me of my car wash from before I moved to the area. Instead the first thing I get is a guy trying to upsell me. Looking back I should've have listened to what he said as for $65 my car did get cleaner, but all they did was run it through the car wash and quickly wipe down the inside, and somehow BROKE PARTS OF MY CAR and didn't even bother putting it back. I noticed on my way back home pieces sitting in one of my seats and after getting home gad to reassemble my interior. Not only that but there were still many spots on the interior and exterior that just were wiped down at all seeing as a wet paper towel was able to get most of it. Would not recommend, waste of money that I'll have to go spend somewhere else anyway to get my car properly cleaned.

Consistent with the rest of these wash places. All are simply trash. No attention to detail, get you in, get you out. Hurry up and get out. Bugs still left on the front. Gaps in the shinning of the tires. Overall just poor quality of work. They simply don't care. It is convenient most days, that's the best I can say about ALL these car wash places.
