On this hot July day, my family and I decided to go to 7-Eleven to grab a frozen beverage. When we entered the store, my initial impression was it looked clean. There was a table in the front with snacks for sale and a place to get hot food. We were incredibly disappointed with the self-serve drink station. The soda fountain was out of order, AND the slushie machines were not working. I'm not sure if they were just having a bad day or if it's always like this.

Sugarfree slurpee is always “out of order”, that’s awful! Fix your darn machines and you’d make more money, many people are diabetic and can’t have full sugar

The lady serving food name Blanca was putting her hands inside the garbage can she was pulling out trash, and then came to serve food and used the same dirty gloves to serve food! That’s nasty 🤮 I will never come back to this place to get food!

They never seem to ever have lids with cups to match.
Slurpees are hit or miss, sometimes theyre too frozen and dont come out or they're too liquid.

Supposed to be open 24/7 employee has store locked and refusing service at 130am. Began recording me once I told them I would be reporting them to corporate as they are not allowed to lock the store unless doing end of day process and that's not done till after 2am. Will be reporting to management in the morning.

I always get coffee in the morning, always fresh too. Staff is super friendly when I go around 5am. Tacos are usually good. The pumps are hit or miss though.

I find it preposterous that this store is open, every single time there is a storm and the electricity is out, there are employees sitting in a hot, empty store…for what!!!! This company clearly does not care about their employees, and it’s very sad. I literally just went to the store on Morton today July 6th 2024 at 9:00 pm to get a cup of ice and noticed that the store was completely dark with the exception of a few back of lights inside of the store and two employees are sitting in this super hot store with the doors propped open to get a little airflow!!! Like why are you guys still open? There is no electricity, they can’t sell anything, it’s not like you’re losing less money by keeping it open!! SHAME ON YOU 7Eleven!!! Way to prioritize the health and well-being of your employees!! if I could give zero stars, I would!! to be clear the low score isn’t because of the customer service, the folks that I see every morning and evening are phenomenal. It’s because 7-Eleven doesn’t consider their employees valuable enough to allow them to go home on a stormy day in which they can’t even operate properly, and the fact that there is no AC, it is hot in there!!!.

Variety of products inside the store. Clean venue. Gas is not too expensive per gallon. Lines move quickly at the cash register.

This is a very nice clean store.Everybody is caring and professional and very helpful.The store has really changed since the Manager Jared rearrange the inside of the store.Now when you are eating those delicious tacos you can look out the window to see what is going on outside.Jared is such a hard worker we saw him taking a bunch of trash bags to the dumpster. He is always checking around the store to see that everything is running smoothly. Restrooms are clean. So happy Jared is keep the store above standards.
