Omg.. what attitude! I agree with other reviewers about rudeness and lack of customer service.I got wrong cookie. I went with my kiddo so as soon as I got my order , I opened cookie bag to give her the cookie, that is when I noticed it's wrong. I went to the counter with the receipt and showed her wrong cookie. I was very polite because I simply wanted correct cookie.She snapped at me that why I touched the cookie. She didn't say sorry and said, Ok why did you touch it. And that next time she will not replace if I touched it.I asked if u give me my food, should I peep in my food first without touching to make sure it is right? She said yes.No sorry no apology just bad attitude. I was planning to eat there but just left. I did ask for her name. Her name was ERIKA.There was another subway staff lady but she didn't care with what was happening. Please subway train your staff.

First I went to another subway, the ladies said they closed early because it was cold at 7:59pm. They're supposed to close at 9pm. So I drove to this subway and the young man that helped me was great, super professional. He's from Colombia, but spoke great English and very nice. The sub tasted great.I will return to this subway.Thank you.

Lady who was working at the front was so rude. I had 3 different orders because we had party yesterday and I can't believe she made complaint about this! I didn't want to waste of my time there so I said "okay" and left the shop, unbelievable experience.

The white haired lady is always sooo rude to me and my coworkers whenever we go in. We work next door and just pop over to subway when we want a snack or something to drink and she is always purposely ignoring us and walking away when we enter. This morning, I was trying to put in my phone number and she wouldn’t even let me finish typing it in and when I asked her if my rewards went through, she lied and said yes, but when I got my receipt, which I had to grab myself because she just walked away after my transaction went through without even asking if I wanted it, my rewards number wasn’t on it which means that it didn’t go through. I understand it is early in the morning, but this is an everyday thing and it’s sad that I have to check and make sure her car isn’t here before going into subway. Service and hospitality needs to be worked on with her because I love the food but absolutely hate the environment!

Extremely rude young woman who works here. I’ve ordered from her before and she’s been short and testy. Today when my husband came in to grab our mobile order, and saw it wasn’t there, he simply inquired if they’ve gotten it, to make sure he didn’t accidentally send it elsewhere, and she snapped at him.It was uncalled for, and not the first time she’s been nasty.Hopefully she figures out how to not be a jerk since she’s chosen to work in the service industry, or Subway management helps her figure her attitude out before she’s rude to more customers.

Nice and clean place to eat lunch. The employees greet you with a smiling face right when you walk in the store. They were even fast enough to make the sandwiches and feed the needy! Kudos ? to all the employees and the manager! Looks like it's a new management!

Very small amount of veggies was given. When asking for a little more, the staff said $2 charge for extra veggies. First of all, they did not give extra veggies, but give insufficient amount initially. 2nd, there is no extra veggie option in Add-on list for extra charge. They cannot just make things up. Never experience this in any other subway.

Hopeless sandwich place. They have an untrained fresher who didn’t even ask what cheese I wanted and didn’t even ask if I wanted to toast it. It’s been long since I went to subway so even I forgot to remind them.

Service is standard to any other subway. No complaints. They did a good job on my sandwich and didn't judge me for my weird order. Pretty clean.

I have ordered twice in a week and each time, the sandwich is as bare min as possible. I ordered tuna and I can't even see it in the sub! I don't know why they are so stingy with their portions?? Everywhere else the tuna falls off the sub. Here u can't even see it! Need to do better. I do online orders usually.

Hello . I just wanted to share a feedback about this subway opposite HEB on 1463 . I usually do online orders and this subway always does not make my sandwich even worth calling a sandwich . I am vegetarian and all I order is a vegggie delite . The past two times they have been putting 2 leaves of spinach , like literally two leaves on a full footlong and 4 slices of tomato and 3 pieces of bell Pepper. I complained when I pickup and that lady refused to do anything about it . I was told that the manager has asked them to do that and I should speak to the manager .Today I came to speak to the manager and she said that the associate did it all well and that I am lying and you should have kept the sandwich to show me ( really , overnight to let it rot). She accused of wanting free food and I was like online orders can never be free as there is a no pay at pickup option .I feel insulted and judged for $6 and that I would Lie for that amount . She said many customers do that . So not only did the customer service not do anything the manager was outright evil . I would advise people to stay away from this location
