Avoid them like the plague. I've never dealt with the level of apathy I've experienced here at any other store in my life. I've seen earthbound employees with more enthusiasm.Horrible customer service experience multiple times.Getting the mechanic to warranty a part was like pulling teeth and he insisted it could take 2 weeks or more. I was told during that time I would have to leave my bike there and wouldn't be allowed to just replace the part while I waited for the warranty claim to process. I decided to get my bike back from them to deal with the warranty at a different shop. Unfortunately they left the part to be warrantied disassembled in a plastic bag and I was informed due to this If I wanted to go through a warranty claim I was going to have to bring it back to this shop. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't.

Went to Sun & Ski to look for a bicycle. I really wanted an Electra Townie, and the guys working went above & beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They went so far as to pull a disassembled one out of the back to make sure the color was right, assembled it while we waited, and were super helpful with information & tips. Thanks Thomas, Nathan & Tyler for being rockstars.

Took my bike in to get tuned up, and the bike shop was amazing. Jeff and Thomas the mechanics are fantastic. Jeff was able to give me advice on Mike bike from tires to computers. Thank you so much for all your help!

I received the best customer service from Nathan when I had some challenges finding the right bicycle for my kid. Nathan showed me all the options, and helped me purchase the right bicycle. Besides that, Nathan took the time to help me find the right training wheels. On top of all that, he was so generous to install the training wheels himself.

I was set in finding the right rode bike for me in order to use this upcoming MS 150 ride 2024. It took the 3rd location heading to a Sun & Ski in Katy, not only to find the right sales associate to help named Thomas but to also get the best customer service. I will forever now drive a whole hour away just to get the best service tech & help! My experience at this location surpassed my experience at other Sun & Ski locations which have been disappointing. So glad I was able to get taken care of here.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but it's hard to justify a purchase with such overpriced clothing. Beware, the discounts are misleading: the price reduction was from a higher price than advertised.
