I went after work to adjust my sunglasses and Frankie was amazing!!! I love his energy and adjusted my sunglasses to where it doesn't fall off my face. Great customer service

The worse service over phone ,they kept me on hold for 22 minutes,I decided to come to store(I was in 4 minutes drive),to check if they still checking for availability in their store of Ray Bay Ferrari Scuderia,found that they doing nothing ,when I told the seller,why she hold me online for 22 minutes,she said that's not their number and its number of another Sunglass hut,but as per Katy Mills Mall map,there is only one,another one is Sunglass CORNER!!!\\nWhoever is owner of Sunglass hut in Katy Mills Mall,be aware thay you have issue with your sellers....

I would rate this sunglass hut 0 star. I brought the glasses on for a refund and I bought as a gift. My brother only try it on once. No MAJOR damage as she describe. She insist I can't return this glasses while I still have receipts and everything. This is BS business and everyone should avoid it.

I went to this store today and wanted to buy a pair of sunglasses, because my sunglasses were accidentally lost yesterday. I just went in and saw a pair of favorite sunglasses I didn't try them on. I just looked at the price. The clerk was very unfriendly and warned me not to touch them. I just wanted to see them. I couldn't figure out how I would know if they were suitable if I didn't try them on. Do you think I can't afford them or what, Or because I'm Asian, are you discriminating? All the goods in the store are not allowed to touch. How can you buy them online like you? Just close the door... Psycho

Worst experience I ever had. They have no idea what customer service means. The manager is arrogant and prejudice he doesn't realize the position his in. I feel bad for whoever owns this franchise
