TERRIBLE! READ ALL BEFORE CHOOSING SUPREME LENDING: Save yourself time and money and shop around for a different lender, here’s your fair warning. Failed to check occupancy on FHA condo loan at beginning stage of going under contract, did not return calls to myself or my agent throughout the process, until the final day prior to closing (which again, we had to reach out) we were informed we cannot close due to FHA/condo occupancy. Never did an appraisal and we were left in the dark during this contract. We the buyers did not receive an apology, denial letter, or any form of contact, only my agent received a response. Again, whether they acknowledge they dropped the ball or not - I understand business is business but Supreme Lending clearly lack the human thing to do, a simple message to at least acknowledge they could not get the job done and the contract will fall through… a day before closing. We’re out of earnest money, wasted time, but it’s not the end of the world. We’ve closed on properties before and have actually used Supreme Lending before, when an agent by the name of Lane Carter worked here, great guy. Not sure what is going on in this company now but to not even communicate when you drop a closure the day before signing… absolute worst. Wouldn’t have wrote this review if they had basic courtesy. Again, DO NOT USE SUPREME. SHOP AROUND.

To be honest, I didn't have a good experience with them regarding my loan, especially with Saba. They lack communication, transparency, and professionalism. It's a disaster.
My experience working with them was bad from beginning to end.

Worked with Samantha a few years ago was great. Talked to a guy today, 0 customer service skills, won't provide any loan info to make a decision, company has gone downhill
