Stay away from store…. *********On 02/21/24, I visited the 801 FM 1463 #400 store in Katy to upgrade my current handset to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Unfortunately, Carlose provided me with the incorrect handset and was exceptionally disrespectful when I raised my concerns. His response, stating that there was nothing he could do about the situation and blatantly walking away from me, was both unprofessional and unacceptable.

Wrong information was given to us. 3 mistakes that doubled our monthly bill. The guy in there has no idea what he sells. Very unhappy.

Stay away from this place I spoke with one of their Hispanic agents who is very incompetent in business accounts, it used to be good customer service but today they hire lazy people and in the process he calls you a fraud. I have no idea why they like to be called “mobile expert” which is not true.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. The staff was dismissive and flippant and I went 3 times in one day to try to resolve my issues. The second time I was sent out with no phone service and I had to return to get it switched back. If you don't want to help people please don't get a job working with public. I am now looking for another phone company.

Called this store on 03/21 at 12:05 and got the most rude male worker on the line. Literally tried explaining my situation bc I’m very unhappy about the phone I was upgraded too and instead of listening he just kept throwing “facts” at me talking about “look at the receipt” okay ima look and report you to cooperate office. I was coming in for a simple upgrade. The original consultant didn’t know how to explain the “promotion” to me. Which brings me to Rene Montalvo. He came in to explain the situation and noticed I was a little flustered. Immediately did not want to deal with the situation so he walked away and proceeded to tell me “I am not going to argue with you”. I have been in customer service for 8 years and have never treated a customer like this no matter the situation. I highly recommend the managers to look into this situation. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for a very long time and this almost costed a loyal customer. Inexcusable.

Certainly the most antagonistic and adversarial employees I've encountered in a long time..All the SMS messages sent via my carrier to T-Mobile customers are being rejected.The employee's response was that he's been working there 10 years and that doesn't happen. Apparently unaware that, systems change and things go wrong.No matter how irritated I was, his response should have been: "Tell me a couple of numbers getting rejected and let me be sure that they're our customers". And then: "wow I'm sorry this is happening, let's find you someone in T-Mobile tech support who can say if we're even getting the SMS or if it's never even arriving in our system."I work at a major Texas university and if every time one of my customers said something technical is broken I replied with "No it isn't", I would not have been there for 10 years.

Had a really bad experience with the Retail Associate Manager Mike in this location. Fist time here being charged over $1600+ and we came back the other day trying to find out why there's additional charge of $1200+ without giving a receipt. But what shocked us is the attitude of the the Manager Mike who's being so arrogant and said we at this store can only charge $340 and anything additional you have to call the service center. And don't even care to find out what was really going on.... luckily the other staffs here are professional enough to listen and expalin.... this is so unprofessional and not accept for a Manager and hope the management could train the staff with high level of service

I was stuck in a transition from Sprint to T-Mobile with the T-Mobile buy-out. Apparently, I was also paying way too much for stuff I do not use. Andrew at this store was very patient and straight-forward with what my options were. The process was seamless and very much appreciated. Thank you, Andrew!

So I bought my I phone from Daniel and he helped me buy it and get it shipped to my house and when I went back Azalia helped me transfer all information and pictures of my kids to my new phone .. This store is amazing, they’re friendly and very detailed on everything and helpful. Once again thank you Daniel and Azalia
