In July I decided to switch my phone providers because I travel a lot and needed a better international plan. I already had T-mobile internet and was happy with the service so decided to give the mobile plan a shot. I tried ordering the sim card online but had issues and went to find a store instead. I went to the one next to Burlington (now wishing I chose the one by the movie theater) to switch over plans. I wish I would have read some of these reviews prior as I have to say there were unethical things happening. The customer service was great in the store. For example, they offered to get me the discount that goes with bundling cell and internet but I would have to open a new internet line. Not a big deal and something I expected but means they would have to charge me for two internet lines for a month. They did offer to give me a discount if I sent them a text in about two weeks. They also had a deal running where I can get an Apple Watch free but of course it would add another line to my bill. I refused as I have an Apple Watch and don’t see the point in it having cellular service. When you check out it is all done on the small screen where you sign for your credit card so you don’t see much of anything and a bill isn’t printed. As nice as they were I was already cynical so I checked my bill the first month. The store was charging me for two cell phone lines (I assume someone got to walk away with a free Apple Watch) and a payment plan on a $50 screen protecter. I called t mobile customer service to get it straightened out. Unfortunately it took two different bills and two rounds to customer service to get it fixed but they did. The only thing which they could not fix was the screen protector. It was something they said I had to call the store about and I want no part with that store again.If you have to go in here make sure you see what lines they have opened for you- on their computer screen if you have to!

I was there with my brother to fix his iPhone 13 and Philex the store manager helps us out with finding the store to fix the iPhone and helped us out a lot! We appreciate you Philex!

Finally they got a table and chairs to.sit at. Super friendly people. Got us set up with a new phone. We've been TMOBILE customers for over 20 years....love it.

This T-Mobile is amazing! Let me start off by saying that there are 2 T-Mobile stores in the mall, The one by the movies is the best one!!! They are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The manager was able to help me with my issue on my account and made sure I was up to date on every step she was doing. I would much rather go to this wonderful store than be stuck with a T-Mobile robot on the phone.

Let me just say the Manager Anita was absolutely helpful and wonderful. It's nice to know there are managers out there willing to help and not just send an employee to do everything in the store. Beyond helpful. Coming back because of her.

Probably the best cellphone spot ever in Houston. Super friendly staff and the manager Mike was awesome. He took care of everything I asked for. Definitely going back for my next cellphone purchase.

If I could post a no star review I would. These guys are scammers. I went it with a phone that was no longer working with data. Long story short and after hours of sitting in the store because they gave me the run around on every area, I walked out with an expensive phone and no where near the credits I was supposed to get. Thankfully, Tmobile customer service has taken care of me on their end but I will never go back to this store again. Horrible unethical practices. I am in sales myself, and if I did this to people, I would lose my license. Thank you Tmobile Customer care for having my back and shame on this store location for how they operate.

My eldest daughter just got a new phone. I'm not good at transferring phone to phone stuff and if did it and messed up, my daughter wouldn't speak to me for weeks! So I brought her here. Get here and see "J". Outstanding customer service! Very polite to my girls. Not only did he take care of my eldest, he also helped transfer my youngest daughters stuff to her sisters old phone she inherits. And you know something? I didn't have to buy anything. I told "J" I would gladly pay a service charge, but he said no. Apparently their AC is down. However, they installed 4 mobile cooling units in the store to keep customers cool. Good thing too , as it is 100 degrees outside!COME HERE FOR YOUR PHONE NEEDS!

I came here to get my home wifi from them a few weeks ago and I'm enjoying it. I feel so guilty because I don't know if he was the assistant manager or manager but he but I want to give him his props for being a good sales associate. Well next month I'll be going back to upgrade my phone so I'll makes sure to definitely get his name next time.

This is the worst T mobile store in North America. I purchase a T mobile sim and it wasnt working. The customer reps (Alyssa and Clinton) were so rude, unhelpful and mean. I tried the purchased sim card on my 2 phones and their phone store but it still didnt work. After this they refused to give me my refund. Instead, they were still trying to prank me to buy a phone from them. They said the sim I bought would work only on the phone I purchase from them. They wasted over 6 hours of my time. I advise that you stay away from this store as they are a rip off and fraud.

Went in to get my mom a new phone, ended up leaving with two new phones, two new Apple Watches, and a new internet box. Worked with Alyssa today, she was amazing and I'd highly recommend her!! (5000 Katy Mills Circle SPC 529 Store)

This is a super sketchy location. Fees, Fees, and more Fees. Make sure you watch close as to what's going on with your transaction. Better off just calling into T-Mobile direct.

If you need to visit a T-Mobile store I 100% recommend you come here!From the moment I walked in I was treated politely and with genuine concern for my issue.A few days ago I signed up for the internet service online, I already had 3 lines so adding the internet was a snap. Unfortunately when the gateway arrived via UPS it wasn’t working properly. That’s where my store visit starts.Andrew was the technician that helped me, after a quick look at my account he immediately assessed the best option to fix the issue (exchanged the device) as quickly as possible. Total time in the store was maybe 10 minutes, he even programmed the new one for me, all I did was plug it in at home and had internet throughout the houseTotal home run, Andrew is a rock star

Very low level customer service. T-mobile should urgently audit the Manager of this store, she is doing a very bad job. She should know that the client is treated with attention and kindness before being hired. I will not comment on the rest of the employees.I was willing to buy several pieces of equipment for my company and I am still amazed at the mediocre treatment.
