This place has seriously amazing staff! Syed helped me find a new phone, got me the best deals, and calmed my nerves by just talking me through it and joking around. It is a calming atmosphere and they had everything I needed in stock! Will return for sure!

The experience I had with T-mobile was undoubtedly the worst I have ever had. Initially, the T-mobile seller appeared very friendly and helpful as we were sold a new plan and even traded-in two phones. However, the bills started arriving with an extra charge that was not mentioned during the sales pitch. We contacted the customer service team, and they informed us that what was sold to us was not covered by the plan we had paid for. We then visited the store where we made the purchase, and the staff informed us that they could not do anything to remedy the situation. It is clear that T-mobile is essentially stealing my money every month with no intention of rectifying the issue.

Sayed who is working in T mobile Outlet Mason Road has behaved very rudely to answer simple question. I recommend not to visit this shop until this idiot guy is in front desk. Never seen this kind of Person in any of the T Mobile outlet. This kind of people are the reason where T mobile get bad remarks.

I have been a T-Mobile 5G user for a year. Lately the service has become unstable, unreliable. Trying to have a short path for support by the "contact" links on the site... good luck on that! You guys do better or are going to lost a customer soon.

Came here to get a new phone but don’t believe anything they say about a free promotion!! I specifically said I did not want to get a screen protector and case because it would be like $80 for both when I can get it on Amazon. They specifically said it’s free with a new phone. I asked is it free free ? Or do you guys secretly put it on the bill and they informed me no it’s free free. Mind you I was there for almost 4 hours trying to activate the phone. I called customer service to see why my bill was so high and a breakdown and come to find out the screen protector and case is on my bill. So sick of their tactics when people say they don’t want it.
