I had a huge nasty nail in the middle of my tire and they were able to do a free tire plug or they call it a flat and did not charge me! I'm so grateful ! They literally saved me and had me back safe on the road very quickly! “I had the most awesome experience at this location. My partner and I were our way to the hospital when I saw that the tire light came on. I stop and it’s a nail. Ricardo was our service guy. Super great. I’m trying to tell him I have a medical emergency. Feeling like I’m sounding crazy, but I need to get my partner to the hospital and I needed to make the 911 call if they were gonna take forever.
He was on it like wildfire. The team in the back was great as well.

“Great service! We were traveling out of Austin area headed to Galveston for a few days and had a tire bubble up on the road... 4:30pm we pulled in and before 6pm they had us on the road! Well have to knock them back a notch - one of the wipers they upsold us fell off driving down the road... now no wiper on the driver's side - driving in the rain. He installed them last minute as we were leaving and must have rushed and not secured them... boo!”

“I've gone to this Discount Tire for the last 10 years since and they have always been professional and kind and explained everything from what is wrong to what the price will be. The reason I write this review today is we just had a hurricane come through two days ago and today they were open with no computers but still helping the public. I came in needing air in my tires, they found a nail in my tire and repaired it at no cost. It is quick and efficient and overall just kind and helpful. So glad to have them in our neighborhood!”

“Went in to get my car check out because the car kept shutting off while I was driving while the engine light was on as well. They took care of me while I was in there. The wait wasn’t long thought it was going to be longer. The lady at front desk was very responsive to multiple customer at once hats off for her. Also told me what was the issue and gave me some other papers as well. Overall great experience this is a place I will recommend!”

“I got a flat tire while I was driving on the highway 2 nights ago and I was able to get a spare tire and drove near car dealer places but they didn't have the size of my tire unfortunately. So next day, I was calling multiple places to see whether they have my tire size (175/70R13). It's an old one but some still do drive with that size!Anyways, majority of auto places didn't have but they can make it happen next day but costing a lot for one tire.But fortunately, I found this tire shop near my working location.I called them up and the kind staff, Mar. Pablo gave me all answers to my questions. They have one tire luckily available so I went and got my tire changed!The price was good and work was done quickly! I love it and I'll be back once I have an issue with my tire! And people own tires with 175/70R13, please do come and support the business! :) Keep up the good work! Cheers”
