I took my 45lb Catahoula Leopard to get bathed at their pet washing station last week. It was only $9.95 and here are the Pros & Cons.
Pros- price, 2 washing tubs & drying stands, pet washing station is completely closed off from rest of store so if your pup jumps out of tub they can’t run through the store! Great selection of shampoos (whitening, demattting, citrus, deshedding).
Cons- the pet washing station floor was a huge muddy mess. I’m hoping it was a one time experience but it was disgusting in there! (See pics) The towels to dry off my dog were very rough. I didn’t even want to use them on me, they were so scratchy. The perfume options were minimal and looked gross (muddy).
Needless to say I will be going back to Pet Supplies Plus and paying more so my dog can have softer towels and it be a cleaner experience.

Drove 30+minutes to Tractor Supply in Katy because of Tik Tok and it was not worth the hype
This location was pretty small and the service was not great.
The young girl that checked me out was rushing me while I was trying to decide if I wanted an item or not she was not friendly or patient at all

Called ahead to check if the idler pulley I needed was in stock. I was told yes we have it. Get there and they don’t even carry this part. Will never go back.

Terrible experience at this store. The young African American gentleman in the front was very sweet and the only good thing about this store. Caucasian lady (maybe a manager) told us multiple times when we asked they can assemble a chicken coop when delivered to the house. We asked not once but maybe 3 times. We purchased it the coop - over $600. Another Caucasian younger guy HAPPENS to walk by the counter and this lady asks him, “we assemble the chicken coops right?”. He said no, not at all. She literally lied to us to get us buy the chicken coop. I immediately asked for a refund and she acted annoyed instead. Literally wasted my time and gave wrong info! And didn’t bother to apologize. She needs training or should be let go immediately. Zero customer service skills whatsoever. Corporate needs to take action and I will be taking action with them immediately. Never going back to this location. Folks, take your business elsewhere. Staff is rude and lack knowledge and act like you’re at fault for their mistakes.

As always, it's a pleasure. Shelby and Dylan, fantastic people (asst. managers, I believe), and Connor is very knowledgeable about general parts and assistance! Have been shopping here for 8 or ao years, and atill prefer this location over ones closer to me because of the people and the atmosphere!

My family is sick and tired of calling and asking if there is someone there to fill propane (because we have to do that because there hardly is anyone there who can attach a nozzle to a propane tank and twist a knob I guess it takes a rocket scientist to do it with their “special certification”). Then we get there and I guess the rocket scientist went on another sporadic lunch break and left AGAIN. With rate if inflation today just tell me, Tractor Supply, where I need to get certified so I can just do it myself for free and make a few extra bucks a month at the same time!

Thank you so much for opening on Monday with no power! We needed a generator during the storm and y’all stepped it up. Home Depot wouldn’t do that! Y’all are awesome! Thank you to the staff for everything!

First time shopping at a TSC location. It was very calm (not crowded), good selection and everyone was very helpful. We really enjoyed our visit today.

The only TSC I will go to from now on. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was helpful and they always keep the shelves fully stocked. The guys in the back who help load are the best!

I usually just come to get propane and they almost always have someone in the building to help me fill my tanks up. They have real cashiers and the lines aren't usually too long, most I've had to wait is like 10 minutes on a busy day.

I ordered a generator, it arrived in a timely manner - then sat in the garage for 10 months, unopened. Now I need to use it, the first thing I noticed when we pulled it out the box, was an oil stain inside the bottom of the box. Seems its had oil in it previously - yet it says on the box that it does not ship with oil in it. I went to add gasoline, it reached the fill line after only adding 1.8 gallons. The box says it hold 4 gallons. After all the trouble, the generator wouldn't start. Why am I not surprised. There were too many signs that this was a used generator, from the moment I opened the box. This was my first and last time ordering from tractor supply. I really regret not testing the generator when it was first delivered. I definitely would have returned it to the store.

100% I'm done with this location in Katy it is by far the worst location in Houston. The last four times I have been to this location I've had to deal with some sort of unpleasantry because of one of the staff members typically it's the tall Tanner chick today it was a new girl. I will never set foot in this place again and I'm likely to find out an email to someone that can make a difference and start lighting them up. Today I left without purchasing the dog food I needed because I won't to give them another dollar.
