This is the worst bank I’ve ever used. I moved to the DFW area 3 years ago and have no access to a Trustmark bank. I’ve requested a new debit card several times and still haven’t received it. Transferring money from my account to a competent bank is a huge hassle as they can arbitrarily stop the transfer or take several days to deliver the money. The customer service is terrible and they often operate with a “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” attitude. I implore others to avoid using this bank. They can’t even get the simple stuff right.

I've finally found a bank that seems family and business oriented. The Manager Qiana and the lady at the drive up window are soo nice and professional.

ATM doesn’t work for deposits. Spoke with Rep at bank a few days ago and it’s still down.

I have had an account with Trustmark for 10 years. I have always had a great experience at every location except for this one. I am traveling and I needed to move some funds from savings to checkings. I called this location because it is the closest location to where I live in Katy. I asked the lady who answered (Louetta, I think) if I could transfer some from savings to checkings. I explained to her that I was traveling and that there are no Trustmark Banks Near me. Her response was extremely snappy and rude. She said “you don’t have online banking?”. I told her no, that I’ve always been able to do it over the phone before when traveling. Then she said with even more attitude that she would not do that over the phone for me. That I would have to call the customer service line. This is an extremely poor way to treat a customer that has been with you for 10 years and I will be considering a new bank that is willing to accommodate its customers.

Trustmark is a wonderful bank. However this branch is horrible I have had issues each time I have tried to do business here. If you have time go to the Hempstead branch. The "manager" Quiana Luckett was not help with my latest issue. Attitude was terrible as well. DONT USE THIS BRANCH!!

Slow service, I always have problems calling to check my balance, and they are closed during lunch hour (which is the only time I can go since I work all day). They don't even answer the phone a lot of times. Would not recommend.

I always have trouble logging in the website to pay my mortgage. If the bank is closed I can't get help. Its very inconvenient.
