On the way to our house with our first load a tire blew! On the freeway! We could of died! I have been on the hold for help for an hour! I do not have time for this! Awful service! The gal at the Grand Parkway is cold and will never win any customer service awards!

Miguel is FANTASTIC! I had to stay with the Uhual for 6 days due to our circumstances and Miguel only charged me for 4 days! Really helping me and my family out! Super friendly and polite! I recommend this Uhual Place so much!

I will rent from this location again. It's out of my way, but Miguel is top notch! His attention to is very focused and he is respectful and professional.
