I went in for a U-haul rental & was having trouble with the self service sign in, they invited me in and took over the process on their system to make it far easier, explained everything clearly. We accidentally kept the U-haul a bit longer than our reservation due to a delay which they neglected to charge us for as a courtesy even though they definitely had the right to if they wanted, per the U-haul contract.”

“Nov 2023 - I needed a truck to move storage units. I reserved it online. I got there a bit late, but no problem since it was Tuesday. Rob did great checking me in and completing the paperwork. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. We left a vehicle in their parking lot and took off. BUT, not without taking pics of the inside and outside rented moving truck from all angles.We got back early and were greeted promptly by a representative to check it back in. He was quick and efficient completing the transaction in less than 5 minutes. Today was a good experience, but they weren't busy. If you rent over a weekend, go early... just warning ⚠️ you.”

“I rented a Uhaul from a different place.. I went to pick up a boat that was in storage right around the corner from \\\"That Storage Place\\\". When I hooked up, the trailer lights would not work. I didn't want to tow boat back to my original rental place. So I went here. He instantly started to help me figure out the issue... It turned out to be 2 different blown fuses in the truck. I highly recommend this establishment. If I could give a sixth star I would.”

“Awesome service! Very friendly and convenient. Had everything ready to go and covered all information quickly and enthusiastically. Note: this isn’t a u-haul complete service center… it’s a family-owned postal center that handles the usual copying, notary, shipping services plus has a very nice, eclectic assortment of gifts and other household decor, etc. The person who helped me was super friendly and enthusiastic.The fact that you can rent u-haul trucks from a neighborhood strip center like this is amazing! They were less than 2 miles from our home.”

We showed up an hour before closing in need of a tow dolly to move a classic car that was having last-minute problems.
