“The only reason I moved out is because I moved 30 miles away to another greater Houston city. I had more interaction with the office staff when I first started renting. As time had progressed over the last five or 6 years ( it may have been even longer) I have not made as many visit to the unit. Unfortunately, there is not another location in my city. It has also been a true blessing because the rate was not increased every 6 months or so (unlike the new storage facility that I now have to rent from).”

“Self Storage was a great location for what we needed. My only issue was the mobile check out. It would be helpful if directions for mobile check out were sent in a link via text. This was my first time using the mobile checkout and it was very confusing. We had to call the U-Haul customer service line which made us late meeting our helpers that were loading the truck. Just a thought for those of us that are first time users.”
“This storage facility is undergoing a face-lift at the moment so don't judge a book by its cover, or at least that's how the saying goes. Recent plans to expand this storage facility to now have outdoor storage lockers available, this is the reason for all the construction that's surely going to turn away some people, but don't let it deter you this family ran storage facility still has the great management running behind the scenes, just contact them via phone and setup a time to meet if you can't see the forest thru the trees, they'll set u up.”
“Awesome service! Very friendly and convenient. Had everything ready to go and covered all information quickly and enthusiastically. Note: this isn’t a u-haul complete service center… it’s a family-owned postal center that handles the usual copying, notary, shipping services plus has a very nice, eclectic assortment of gifts and other household decor, etc. The person who helped me was super friendly and enthusiastic.The fact that you can rent u-haul trucks from a neighborhood strip center like this is amazing! They were less than 2 miles from our home.”

Clean and folks were very helpful.
The double axel trailer provided a smooth ride.
There were several hooks inside the trailer to secure your stuff.
Lastly - remember to buy rachet straps that are 15ft or longer in length - they came in handy to secure our stuff. I used 3 of them and several ropes.
Follow their instructions - they are good hardworking people.”

“My business partner and I have rented from this location before and never had any problems. We were surprised of all the negative reviews. I guess the customers didn't have their V8 that morning.
Kristina and Gabriel were awesome. They took care of our needs.
We rented the smaller of the U-haul trucks. It drove perfect. The only problem that we had was the wind noise. From our experience, that seems to be a common issue with the trucks. It's usually a weather stripping issue. Besides that, no problems. Just wish we could have fit 50 people in the back instead of 40!! ???????
Drive safe out there!! And stay off your phones. It's not that important!!!”
