how is your schedule 9-5 i come and the door locked like be so serious and on top of that i call and u tell me its closed till noon while im in front of the store staring at the store hours. do better. terrible customer service as well.

This is way overdue, but necessary. When my wife and I needed to relocate, unfortunately, out of Texas, I called the owner here about getting a reliable truck and trailer. I informed him of an old experience, not at all related to this establishment, where we received an old truck and trailer that ended up not even being compatible with one another. I asked if there was any way to get a truck and trailer that would be reliable for our 2500-mile trek. His response was to check my reservation and personally go and check his inventory and hold the best truck and trailer. He was kind, professional, and very helpful the day we picked up. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the good experience.

Try to stop by 3 times this week. No matter when I went there, no one was in the shop. The label on the door said someone should return before a specific time, which was not true at all. Try to call the number shown on it No one ever answer. Not sure if this one is really in the business.

I rented a Uhaul from a different place.. I went to pick up a boat that was in storage right around the corner from \\\"That Storage Place\\\". When I hooked up, the trailer lights would not work. I didn't want to tow boat back to my original rental place. So I went here. He instantly started to help me figure out the issue... It turned out to be 2 different blown fuses in the truck. I highly recommend this establishment. If I could give a sixth star I would.

Great service! We have rented equipment here a few times and we are always very satisfied with the service provided by John he always help is choose the right equipment do we can get a better price and job done. I would absolutely recommend!

Great place for storage. I have used this place for 9 months. John is an awesome landlord. His place is always clean and he didn't charge me for moving out to late.
