Out of 9 individuals I talked to over the phone or in person only two seemed to really know what they were doing. For only one move less than 10 miles from location to location. This uhaul location isn't the problem. Representatives are too busy trying to get you to add the app, following their script or list and not listening. I gave them info before they asked for it and then they proceeded to still ask me for the same info. Worked in call centers for over 30 years at 3 different corporations. We had scripts to follow but if the customer gives you information you fill it in and then verify not ask as if they never mentioned. The survey is sent for each conversation that you have to answer in the app. Ridiculous. Here's my answer to your survey.

I came in to rent a truck at 3:22pm and all doors were locked during business hours. I guess this place open whenever they want to.

great nice people mom and pop shop we r staking the trucks deep and renting them cheap cleaner trucks here and truck that. made sure that they are all safe as if my kids were during them call janine when you need great and snappy service and honest we buy. are trucks can anything free confinement

Due Uhaul app is not set up correctly to this place, I lost about 30 min at the phone with 800-Uhaul and I was sent to another location. Very frustrating and disappointing
