Worst experience ever; the owner was incredibly rude. Despite the rental being for 24 hours, I agreed to return it the same day at 5:30 PM to accommodate her morning booking the next day. Around 5:20 PM, I stopped by a nearby gas station to refuel, and the owner saw me passing. After getting gas just a few meters away, I returned by 5:35 PM, but she had already locked the door and insisted I pay for an extra day of rental and insurance.
This experience was unprecedented for me. I strongly advise avoiding this rental service.

The staff at U-Haul were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The pick-up and drop-off process was quick and straightforward, making for a seamless experience.

This location is by far the best place around me to rent a U-Haul. The owner/operator is amazing and I will use them again. Easy to rent and was on the road in no time.
