One way 20’ truck was clean, new, low miles and worked as it should. The owner was very helpful and kind. The moving blankets were clean and sanitary and the appliance dolly was nearly new as well. They have everything here including storage.

They were ok but didn't give me my money back tried to lie and say I went over 47 miles when it was actually 36 for two hours so that's where I stand with this particular location

The employee that came out when we went to drop off the trailer was unnecessarily, rude. Apparently I parked the trailer in the wrong spot and instead of politely asking me to move it. He was a smart Alec and said you would’ve known if you would’ve come inside. I apologize and said that it’s been super crazy. We’ve been trying to get trees off of houses and he is like yeah I went through the same hurricane as you and had to deal with the same thing. Again he was just unnecessarily rude.

I like this U-Haul store, but U-Haul policy has much to be desired. The people at the store are great, but I didn't like the truck. Bare bones low end transportation. Very spartan. Very expensive to use when you add in mileage. I would hate to have to drive it very far.
It broke down on the way to my destination and a technician came out, causing me a 1hr delay. The technician did a great job and I was quickly on my way.
The online repair response team and technician did a great job.
The truck had very slow throttle response and would barely make highway speeds. Ver dangerous when trying to keep up with highway traffic. I hope I never need one of these again. If your in a bind it will do the job, but I will explore other options in the future. All in all it was a clean and efficient moving truck, but I hope I never need one of these again.

I scheduled hitch installation online 2 weeks in advance, however, when I arrived, on-time (12 noon on a Saturday) for the installation, they were unprepared. They hadn't planned for it. I was told that the tech wasn't available; said it would be an hour before a tech was scheduled to arrive. I waited outside for almost an hour before staff came and spoke to me again and said that they didn't do hitch installations on Saturdays and that their schedule was booked solid for 4 or more weeks and that they couldn't install it on that day, even if the tech could squeeze me in, because they didn't have the hitch that I ordered in stock and would have to order it...I told them to cancel the order and that I would just take it somewhere closer to my home, because the only reason I selected a location 30 minutes away was because the online appointment time was just what I needed... About 30 minutes after I left, someone from the location called me and said that they could fit me in the following Saturday at 8AM and I accepted.
I arrived the following Saturday at 7:50AM and was told that the appointment was scheduled for 12PM. I explained that my original appointment was scheduled for 12PM last weekend and told them the whole story from last Saturday and also mentioned the tech's name that the woman that had called me said that she spoke to about rescheduling the installation. She was there and remembered the call and that I couldn't drop my van off because my mini campervan was modified such that driver's seat will only go back far enough for someone 5'3" and that I would be waiting with my vehicle, not dropping it off.
So they quickly figured it out and within 10 minutes they had me to backing my van up the installation ramp and then I went inside to wait... After 2 hours I was getting restless and annoyed because I looked through the window into the installation garage where my van was up on the ramp and there wasn't anyone working on it.
So I went and spoke with the owner and asked how much longer it would be. He was frassled as there was a very long line of people with reservations waiting to get trucks and it was obvious that they were short staffed. He said "Ma'am, it's that the hitch for your van takes a bit longer to fish the bolts through but we're working on getting you out of here as soon as possible."
So I went to sit down and wait again but this time I was keeping an eye out for a tech working on my van... There wasn't anyone around for a while, then I saw the tech come into the garage and get a tool and take it back outside...he was obviously working on something else besides my hitch installation. I went back to speak with the owner again to discuss my concerns. Again he tried to reassure me with "Ma'am, Look..." I said that if they haven't even started that I would just take my van and leave. He and another staff person said that the tech had already started... I went back to sit down and wait and noticed a little while later that the owner was in the garage assisting the tech, which just delayed people waiting in line at the counter...
Meanwhile, I watched a video on YouTube for how to install the same exact hitch on the same exact vehicle https://youtu.be/zKBwdLOshpo?si=TGu69F8hBAUTr64m and it didn't seem like a 3 hour job... especially because it was just a hitch install, no wiring...
At the 3 hour mark I saw that they were both still working on it and I went into the garage and asked if there was a problem. The owner started explaining that the tech was having difficulty handling the install alone...which seemed like a no brainer to me, especially after watching the video... and that they were almost done...and they were taking their time to make sure it was done properly. It took at least another 30 minutes. I hope that it's done properly. The owner apologized and the tech gave me a small disc

I had my reservation at 11:30 am on June 1st and I arrived at the store early so as not to waste time since the move would begin at 12:00 pm and I had the workers with me. The truck was delivered to me more than an hour later at approximately 12:40 pm and they gave me a much smaller truck than the one I had originally reserved. This increased the number of trips I had to make and doubled the miles and gas I had to use. Additionally, I had to pay the movers for their lost time anyway. There was no excuse or explanation, I just took it or lost the day completely. I do not recommend this store, my experience was bad

Had a reservation with their hitch install team for over a week. Showed up at the time and they said they moved my reservation to the following day. I told them they never asked nor contacted me about that and made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. Told them to just cancel the appointment all together and I will find somewhere else to install.

Finally getting a truck that was legal to drive
No one checked the truck to see that it had working seat belts. The passenger seat belt was wrapped around the seat and stuck. It took them 45 minutes or more n what to do
That was ridiculous. The other thing that really irritates me is that it takes you one minute to take my money but up to over two weeks to return my money when you over charge me. Why is that. You owe me interest for keeping my money from me.
