I’ve rented 10 footers on many occasions from this facility and never had any issues until today 1/6. The vehicle was not ready at time of pick up, the drivers side visor was broken so it made it difficult to drive because it kept falling down while I was driving, and the customer service team when checking vehicle back in was very unhelpful trying to charge me for additional gas even though it was filled to the agreed return amount. Particularly, Ang and Hunter were not very hospitable when returning the vehicle and I would not recommend renting from this place even if you reserve online for pick up.

The pickup and return agents were very nice and pleasant. They both explained the rental process and payment information well. I will definitely return next year when I need a rental truck to move in the summer. It was a pleasant experience.

Outstanding customer service, I strongly recommend anybody who has any plans on moving or keeping storage for long periods of time to use this location. They were able to accommodate all of my needs, and able to help me out during a very rough period of my life if I could give them six stars, I would.

Terrible service. Charged a cleaning fee and gas. We cleaned the truck and put in gas before returning. The girl that took the truck said everything was good to go before we left. If they wanted us to clean the floor mat that had NORMAL dirt from our shoes bc of the rain that day then she should have told us. Same for the gas if there were any issues. Good to go implies no problems and no additional charges. Also, if you call to discuss the charges, be ready to speak to the rude attendant, Anthony.

I will not use this location again. Service was good, vehicle pick-up and return was smooth. However, I returned the vehicle with more gas than at pick-up and was still charged for 2 gallons. Even worse, after 3 months I received a citation for toll at 9:49 in the morning of my rental while I have the receipt from U-Haul that I picked up the vehicle at 10:10. I contested the toll, I have called and provided evidence and was told the charge will be removed. Today I was charged the toll despite all of this. At this point I'm not going to keep chasing them but be aware I WAS charged things I can easily PROVE I should have not been charged.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! I have used U-haul for many years and have never had an experience like at this location. I rented an auto transport trailer for 24 hours and when I returned it this morning they asked me if the email was correct, and it wasn't. They had the wrong trailer number listed for the wrong person and had reported the trailer that I was using as stolen! They charged my card yesterday while I was still using the trailer, because the number listed on my paperwork had been returned during the day. They asked me to back it up where they have the auto transport trailers which is in a single line with a row of trucks next to it and a row of trailers next to it as well. It took me a little while to get it close and the owner Mike Capps came up to my vehicle and started to insult me and ask if I had ever backed up a trailer before. I have a van from the year 2000 without a high tech fancy trailer backup camera and they have the moving trucks so close that if you get too close you will hit your mirrors. He insisted that he let me allow him to back up the trailer using my van which I told him he was absolutely not touching my vehicle. He started yelling at me and I told him there was no more backing up going to be happening and that I was unhooking the trailer as is, where is. He yelled at me to never come back. I called U-Haul corporate to report his completely unethical behavior. I have nothing nice to say about this experience other than I am extremely disappointed. If I could I would give them negative one million stars as Mike Capps doesn't even deserve 1 star. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I ordered online; with the App. It was perfect, I picked up in less than 10 min and returned in less than 5. Easy and super quick. The trailer I needed was available and I had no problem with the equipment. I don’t think I even touched the equipment, except to load and offload the material.

DON'T DO IT. This place is filthy, inefficient, managed by morons and makes things as difficult as possible. If you think you can make a reservation and appointment and leave with the equipment you reserved, you are way mistaken. 1. The inventory listed on the website is not what they have on site. So you will waste your whole day if not the week counting on a reservation that is not honored. 2. The price will chance from the price you were guaranteed when making the reservation. If you think taking screenshots of your total when you made the reservation will help you, you are wrong. It did nothing for me. This location tried to extract an extra $200 from me for "management fees." 3. The people who work here are rude and incompetent. They will change the rules on an hourly if not minute to minute basis as to what is required to take a rental off their lot. Its a valid drivers license. No wait its insurance. No actually its two forms of ID. Wait make that two picture IDs. And a valid credit card. No you may not pay cash. No debit. 4. Even if you make a reservation and confirm it, your equipment will not be reserved for you. It will immediately go out to anyone in front of you who wants it. They called it "subject to availability." If your time is important to you, if it is critical for you to get a rental on a specific day within a specific time period, do not go to this location. You are better off taking your chances elsewhere.

I wanted to extend the rental to keep it but was not allowed.I was not available to return it until 7pm.Due to the location demand to bring the rental back and their refusal to extend, I incurred an additional day of charges.Meanwhile, since I’m still moving I had to rent another trailer from U-Haul to use for tonight.I should have refused to return the trailer since I still needed it.At the end of the day, I had to use my time and fuel to drive the trailer over an hour away to return it even though I still needed it.Horrible.I will just buy my own trailer.

Update:Ensure trailers are clean. Don't make your customer wait while you clean it.Inspect your fleet like the signs say you do. This is 2nd time I picked up a trailer at this location that has had lighting issues. This time, guy I told walked away saying something about stickers, and didn't come back. At least Mehmed wasn't here this time./ Update.Showed up for reserved pickup. No problems to this point.went outside, backed up to trailer, Mehmed connected chains, wire and called it good. I had already turned on hazard and park lights. RH Rear signal was brake only, no park light. Brought to Mehmed's attention, was told it was okay. Argued that it wasn't, was Tx State Law for lights to work. Asked for Manager, Mehmed indicated he was manager.So much for Uhaul's claim that fleet is all inspected.Mehmed did end up swapping trailers for another, but pooched the rental somehow that made it impossible to complete after hours equipment return. Online acct indicated that equipment was already returned approx 90 minutes before I rented it. Uhaul customer service couldn't help, transferred to another department. Lady rep there indicated that I should sign my paper receipt / contract and drop in night drop at facility. I had a problem with this as was only copy of contract I had. She sent another via email, except it didn't match what what I had in my hands. I declined to give up my paper copy, and informed them that trailer is at location, in good order, that I have taken pics of such, and if anything else is needed to contact me. I also record all my phone conversations, and can prove everything that transpired.What could you do for next customer? Do your jobs. Do the inspections as you stayed you do. Acknowledge the short comings. Don't argue with customers when a severe safety issue is presented. Rather, just thank them for pointing out the oversight and move on. Don't seek revenge / retribution by poaching customers accounts.And for the umpteenth time, stop asking for ID to be copied / photographed each time a rental is made. 7 times it was photographed over a 2 week period across 3 rentals. Absolutely ridiculous. This feedback also being posted at Google reviews as well as any other location that asks for my opinion / details of my experience.

Excellent customer service experience. Angie was amazing and helped me figure out, patiently, a solution for my vehicle so that I can use their car trailer safely.
