Just got charged for 2 items I returned to Amazon. I took them to this UPS store, and they apparently did not return them. They asked if I wanted my receipt, but I decided against it because I have never had a problem. Will NOT be going here again.

When it says open at 9:00 and it's still closed at 9:20, that's really not very professional for a company like UPS. Especially since it's not the first time.

The people that work there, they are all so very nice. AND the best thing that I know is that they all have been working there for years so I know they get treated well too. The customer service is always superb and always down to earth. I only go to this UPS store, can’t go anywhere else lol.

Showed up at a minute after closing and the lady working, closing for Memorial Day weekend STILL let me drop off my packages and even helped me label them. Awesome service. She had no idea how much this helped me, and still did it with a smile. Wish I had her name.
If you need to drop of Amazon or whatever, do it here. They will take great care of you and go above and beyond. Thank you so much UPS store!!!❤️❤️

Double-check your address carefully — apparently, even when it's written clearly on paper, some dumb employees here still manage to get it wrong. Very disappointing.

Alex, Sky, Bryce, Ahmed, Ali and Daniel have been the greatest staff to I have ever encountered in a UPS Store. Extremely helpful with all of my requests. They give me the most cost effective option and not try to up sale like other stores.
