The customer service is wonderful each time I’ve gone to this location. All my questions are answered with willingness and knowledgeable. Jaydon is always nice and efficient. It’s very hard to find great customers service.

I'm here quite often and not once have I have a negative experience. Such courteous staff, always welcoming with a smile. When the lines are long and they are very busy, the staff works so efficiently, promptly and still with a smile. I like this UPS location and hope they stay in business for a long time.

7/11/25 - I used to like this UPS store, but today, That changed significantly because of the old person I spoke to over the phone who could not help me track my package. I sometimes have issue with my package and normally when I call this store for assistance the staff are really nice in assisting and helping me figure out where's my package. BUT THIS OLD GUY IS AS RUDE AS HIS PERSONALITY. He just brush me off, without even checking on his system where's my package. When I asked him nicely to help me locate my package, which normally they do since I am having troubled on my end, HE JUST TOLD ME HE CANNOT DO IT! I can tell he's NOT WILLING TO HELP! Not like the other staff there. I know this guy, i recognized him by his voice. I just Hope I do not see his face when I go to this UPS STORE! Man, If you don't love or like your job just do not go to work. It's making your business look bad.

Although this store is busy with lines, it is not because they are shorthanded. It's because customers repeatedly like to use this store's services. It is VERY efficient and professional at accommodating to getting shipments processed. There is even a self-service Amazon return kiosk that is easy. Just scan, print, bag, and drop in the outgoing containers. There is always someone there to help you eagerly. Love coming here!

Unknowledgeable. The website offers a service and I understand if the store doesn’t offer the same things as the website. I asked for help in how to use the service rendered by the website and everyone kept saying I don’t know how to. I understand that but there were zero attempts into helping me get some help. Am not asking you to do it, am asking you to give me an idea on how to go about the situation. No one I mean no one helped. I stopped wasting my time using UPS and went to FEDEX and guess what I got help. Got my packaged shipped in less than 5 minutes. Useless people at this location.

It never fails me when I walk into this location and am greeted and helped by Jaydon ,his customer service is exceptional .He is very efficient and and professional to his customers. You can catch him smiling and assisting clients without complaining

Yet again another pleasant, seamless and helpful experience at this location. They get a lot of foot traffic but it's worth the short wait. Brandon helped us today and he was courteous, efficient and friendly. I always take my business shipping needs here.

I regret to say that my recent experience at this UPS location was extremely disappointing. I called on a Tuesday to inquire about printing 50 bookmarks for a Church Event. An employee provided me with a quote and an estimated completion time. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and I received incorrect information. While I understand that mistakes happen, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.
When I requested to speak with the store manager, he informed me that he had the discretion to choose whom to serve and refused to assist me further. He then abruptly hung up the call. When I called back to request the corporate contact information, the manager claimed he owned the store and refused to provide any further assistance.
As a loyal customer who has frequented this UPS store for years, I am deeply disappointed by this treatment. If this is how the manager treats a long-time customer, I shudder to think how the staff might be treated. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others seeking respectful and professional service.

Employee / Manager or Franchise Owner forced me to buy a cardboard box for an Amazon return when Amazon return clearly stated no additional box needed just hand to UPS in original manufactures packaging. I go here often and also pay for a PO Box at UPS for our business yearly. Thinking of going elsewhere when Employees can't understand directions clearly.
