If zero was an option they don’t even deserve that! Lost a package they created the mailing label for in the store and everyone is so cavalier like losing someone’s very important document is no big deal, we’ll just refund you the money your out but the document can’t be recreated. If you have someone that is of importance and has to go next day air, fly it there yourself because with this group it will never arrive! Do not use this store, there may very well be other locations that are great, this one definitely is not!

The business hours is 8:30-7:00, I arrived at 8:30 and it’s closed, I waited until 8:45,still no staff came to open the door, other customers were waiting and I could see their faces disappointed.

I came to this location to return items from temu. They would not accept it even though it was brought in a bag provided by Temu.
The owner was very rude and disrespectful and the attendant was very abrasive in stating “I can’t take this”. There is a professional manner you can relay your policies. They failed in doing so.
I highly suggest you do not come to this location.

TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY. Why UPS Corporate doesn't act. What they are waiting for? Multiple people reported the worst attitude of this particular person. This is a guy in the photo and he almost got into a fight with me because I asked him a question. When I asked her manager to help me she was covering him. They may related to each other and that is why they cover each other. This guy needs to be reported to law enforcement!

This was my second same bad experience with this store, so I decided to put in my review. When I step in, all three of then were playing with their phone, not even paying attention or looking up on whoever walked in. I don’t mean that it is wrong to play on your phone while no customer is there, but not welcoming your customer and showing no motivation to work is a big no-no. You guys can do better!

Body language and annoyance that VANESSA was giving off while helping me was making me uncomfortable. She was rude and had an attitude when my Amazon app was taking a while to get the return bar code up. I sure told her that there’s no need to be rude since the internet was slow. Now I don’t know if she’s going to purposely misplace my packages since she didn’t even give me a return slip. I got there 10 minutes before closing but it was quite evident that VANESSA only worried about closing time and rushing me out. I’m going to call Amazon to make sure they know that my package has been dropped off since there were some items in there with some value. Cannot trust this store especially if they hire people like Vanessa.

What do they take photos? That's a lie, I went on Friday, July 5, 2024 and they told me no, to go to Walgreens. In addition to that, I am checking and my 3 packages have not left the warehouse yet and we are already at 10??? The attention from the guys in that office is terrible, I sent some important documents to USCIS and they didn't even give me any response, the only thing they told me was that the guy who packed my packages was not there and that he would return the next day
