Horrible customer service with rude, unprofessional employees. The kid with dreads needs an attitude check and learn how to speak respectfully to customers.OLD review from 2018: I'm an author and could write a long piece about why this store is so great. Suffice it to say that the services are great, the employees are very friendly and try to make sure that you're all taken care of. Much more to it than that but I hope you get the picture that this is the place you need to go!

I have used this UPS store services multiple times for shipping within US and also for Amazon return services.Only issue I found is some of the staff members are new and they have to be told to give envelopes for free if you have prepaid next day air saver labels. But overall still good service.

I go every day to drop off packages and in general the service is good, the only detail is that they do not comply with the opening hours, it is specified that they open at 8.30 and end up opening at 9 in the morning, it is a little uncomfortable that they play with the time of the people we have to wait so long for. But at closing time they do it on time

Booja was extremely kind, helpful, and displayed great care to ensure our needs were met! The store itself was immaculate, and both reps were able to help assist us in our return. Great location, and glad they're open Sundays!

Order online, didn't have my prints at the time schedule, there was 3 people behind the counter, nobody greets you or even looks at you.

Worst customer service ever. My wife was there to return a package and they gave her the worst attitude ever. The guy who was there was yelling at her and same thing with the manager/owner. Totally disrespectful and mistreating a woman. Please don't go to this store, read the reviews and you'll find out what kind of service they're providing. If I would've been there, I'm sure they wouldn't act like that

The service here is the worst. Today I arrived 15 minutes before the closing . Actually the ups truck driver helped me to open the door because i was with my baby . They said the shippings are closed so I asked where is that rule written and they said only we know it . So I asked please take the envelope to ship it tomorrow and they said we can’t accept any payment . If it is opened, they customer expecting the services . I drove 30 minutes and they didn’t allow the services .

The service has been getting worse over time. They hire young guys who are not interested in the job, are rude, and are not trained. Several times I saw them throwing packages from customers as if they were throwing soccer balls. Very poor service.---------------------------The service got worse over time. This UPS store is often closed during regular business hours. I’d say at least 50% of the time I try to come drop a package they are not open. Very frustrating when this is not indicated anywhere online.

It's really disappointing to see such inconsistent service across different UPS stores. I usually stick to another UPS location for my business needs (Morton ranch), but today I was closer to this one. The guy in the first picture had a terrible attitude, making it clear he probably hates his job. And the second guy, who might be the manager, was even worse! Checking the reviews confirmed I'm not the only one having issues with the staff.My advice: think twice before spending your money here and explore other options for your business needs. The ongoing negative feedback about the staff suggests a bigger problem. Consider taking your business elsewhere for a more positive experience.

Not sure if UPS cares about their reviews but this has to be the rudest UPS location I've dealt with.Whoever the gentleman what with the braces and tattoos on his right arm was extremely rude. And just told me how much something cost when I asked why it was that much he just said, "Sorry" srugged his shoulders and walked to the back where he was hanging out beforehandThe man with the long hair came buy to try to save the situation but I there wasn't much he could do for me.I didn't have any other option with my Amazon return, but this place was definitely the worst UPS experience I've ever had to deal with

Unprofessional! I don't know if there has been a management change or what the heck is going on. I went to get some flyers printed this morning. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite. When I told her what I needed she wasn't sure if they could take on that project and asked her manager who was sitting in the back room scrolling through his phone. When the young lady asked him if it could get done he answered with a simple no. Not even acknowledging her. I said well you've done my printing before never been an issue. When she repeated what I said to the manager he said "cant do it." She asked him to get up and come talk to me since he is the manager (kudos to her) he got up like we just disrupted him from her scrolling and said. Were waiting on printing supplies. Sorry and went back down to his seat and continued to scroll. Just for that I will not be bring back my business to this location. I have 8 locations.

Do NOT go to this UPS location. Not only was the customer service poor, you can’t just pay for prints. You have you pay a flat rate of $5 to even access the documents to print! No other UPS does this. Complete money grab. Bad business practices
